My wife and I went in right when we got to Monterey for her bday on Sunday football. Place is nice, inviting, and clean. Definitely liked the locals vibe, as it reminded me of my small town vibe. Would definitely recommend to sports fans. They pride themselves on being the Buffalo Bills fans meetup bar and grill. Food is not bad, and their menu is nice priced. Marley was our bartender and she was awesome. Until next time, thanks Bulldog Sports Pub.

Really cool bar, on today nights they have an open mic jam band situation where anybody can get up and play with whoever currently up there. Musicians are always switching out. Really unique idea I haven’t seen it done before let alone execute so well. Lots of talent in this bar.

We were in town for the weekend looking for a dog friendly sports bar, and hit the jackpot choosing this spot. The owner (or manager?) was at the table by the door and was extremely friendly and welcoming when we walked in. Our server Marissa was also was very personable and attentive, especially for our dog. I think it’s understated how welcoming this place really is. I really enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere here. Looking forward to coming back our next visit.

Service was terrible: extremely slow, innatentive staff, could not get order right. Waited 40 min for a basket of tater tots that were so incredibly overcooked and dried out/crunchy so you couldn’t even tell they were potato. Check out the dust layer on that fan!

Not a bad place overall as far as atmosphere live music and darts it’s just nuts paying $20 for two Guinness. If that doesn’t bother you than 100% give them a go.

Here for work on Super Bowl Sunday. Got there a little late and the place was packed, I’m assuming it was the owner, welcomed us in and said he’d find us a spot no matter what. He did and the service, food and atmosphere was amazing!!!! 1000% recommend!!!!

Your average local sports bar. Nothing fancy.

TV’s, pub food, locals…

Very bright inside like you’re in a hospital. The vibe couldn’t use a little tweaking.

Wings make the top 10 list. Nachos are ok… menu has change since 2023. Key items like scotch eggs and fried pickles are gone 🙁

Beer prices are best during happy hour, outside of that you’ll be paying top dollar PG prices of $8-$9 a draft (which is crazy compared to East Coast prices of $2-$3 a draft).

Been in town a few days and decided to have our last night out at this beautiful sports pub! Lucky us, we showed up Tuesday night where the locals had a music mashup (live music). These folks on stage were absolutely talented, and with the already awesome atmosphere they carried the night out with great music and vibes! Tons of delicious beer on tap and food was fantastic! The fish and chips were fresh and the homemade tarter sauce was incredible! Thank you Bull Dogs Sports Pub and crew for a memorable visit. We are definitely coming back whenever we pass by again!

Meh. Food not so impressive. Really went there to watch the basketball game and I was grateful that we didn’t have to compete with a juke box to watch the game. Hubby had Irish stew which for $17 should have come in a bigger bowl. Burger was bland, fish mushy and overall did not leave a good impression.
