We wouldn’t know how the food is, as we waited at the order speaker for several minutes and then asked, “Is anyone there?” No-one ever replied. As we were leaving we saw a dark-haired woman hanging out the drive-thru window chatting up what must have been a friend; clearly disregarding customers. This was 4p on a Saturday. There was no-one else there besides us and the car at the window, but business must be great if turning away customers is no problem.

I got a kids steak burrito & that’s usually my go to but this morning of Nov 3rd I’m highly disappointed in my burrito being that the meat tasted dry & hard plus every bite I took was cold. I know I got sour cream added but ain’t no way every bite should be cold, if anything the rice was warm. Usually I have no complaints but this time around I’m not happy. Receipt paper was faded but I was able to see the time 7:50am

5/4/23: photo is from most recent order. Note that the rating has dropped. The California burrito (my usual order). The meat was dry and chewy, not in a good way; there was the *tiniest* sliver of avocado in the 3 burritos we ordered (it would have been okay to say that they were out of avocado and put enough on one, or none on any). Really, really disappointed. The fries were … not right. They were also really dry. Seems like they should have been less dry wrapped inside a burrito. But hey, the rice was fine. The hot sauce is good.
Old rating was four stars:Relatively consistent, but to be fair, we usually order the same thing. The California burrito is always good (who would have thought fries on a burrito? But it works!).

The lake in front of the menu board is a great surprise when you’re not expecting your car to dip down 6” to give you whiplash. My super burrito was cold in the center and my drink tasted like pure syrup.

Had enjoyable Denver breakfast burritos and lattes while passing through town. Loved the crunch of the hash browns in it. Tasted fresh and we were very pleased with the quality and the fast service.

I loved this place, the food always tasted good and the people were friendly. Was disappointed the food was cold when we got home, as if it had been sitting out awhile. But tonight we got a Mac Dog and a polish dog and expecting our food to be good is a given. What was not expected is the mold on the last bite of the Mac Dog.

This small side of sour cream costs $3.41. Yes, that’s what I was charged today at our local Bulldog Express Drive-Thru, Express #1, 2161 Feather River Blvd, Oroville, CA 95965.
I decided to stop by and ordered a Super Burrito, which was priced at $9.99 plus tax, totaling a little over $10—no problem there. Then, I asked for a small side of sour cream. The young man gave it to me without issue, and I paid. But then someone told him to charge $3.41 for the sour cream! I didn’t pay much attention at the time, handed over $5, and got my change back.
When I got home and checked, I realized that tiny side of sour cream had actually cost me $3.41. Now, it’s not that I can’t afford it, but honestly, it’s outrageous to charge customers that much for such a small portion of sour cream.

I love the tacos and definitely love them their drinks. However I don’t like how they are open 24 hours but sometimes the workers will refuse to make food. Like if you don’t have enough employees to make the food well you’re open then might as well just close in the evening.
Update: At 05/18/22 at 10:51 I went back through the drive thru and the guy taking my order was very rude. He made my boyfriend and I feel like a nuisance. After we ordered 8 street tacos he sighed and mumbled the world “jeez” which wasn’t cool. The only reason I kept two stores was because the food was delicious.

They make good food when they make the right thing. You have about a 50% chance of getting the right meat and don’t bother trying to ask for something off because more then likely that ingredient will make up the majority of the burrito. I thought it may have just been the night staff but the same thing happens almost every time I decide to give them another chance no matter the time.
Unfortunately the main location still frequently messes up orders however had had luck at the one across town.
