We had a wonderful experience at Bulla, thanks to our server Bambi. From the moment we were seated, Bambi was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient. She explained the menu clearly, offered great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive.
Everything went smoothly, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout the meal. Bambi’s positive attitude and professionalism truly made our brunch even more enjoyable. We would absolutely love to be served by her again—thank you for such excellent service!

Enjoyed everything from start to finish. Joanie was awesome and attentive to all of our needs. She had great recommendations for my meal and the rest of my trip. Had the Patatas Bravas, Grilled Octopus, Huevos Cabreados and Paella Mixta. Finished the meal off with Espresso Martini and Brioche Desert! Will definitely come back and hopefully see Joanie before I leave Tampa!

– Santa Julia Melbec: my fave of the night
– Monteceillo Rioja: no backbone, an easy drink
– Alta Pavina Pinot Noir: biting
For food, we’ve
– Hummus: the crispy chickpeas are heavily airy
– Potatoes: I call them the Spanish fries, they are yummy
– steak: tender
– pork skew Pintxo Pollo: delicious
– Sauteed shrimp: I even finished the oil with the bread – pls just don’t tell anyone (They mistakenly charged us for two, but the manager rectified it immediatly, thanks.)
The decor is inviting, with different seating arrangements. The rooftop bar is beautiful, with different menu.
The hooks under the bar counter are a plus: thank you.
Wine glasses could use some updating. We later learnt from another couple that they’re having wine tasting/masterclass that night: another reason to return. According to the manager, the wine-tasting events are organized by their headquarters with different wineries. There are nine Bullas around the country, with #10 in Aventure coming soon.
A fruit fly is hovering around my plate. I’ve spent most of my life in big cities, and I’m still not used to having the company of insects. Give me a little more time to adjust.
A public parking lot is next to the building.
They’re a stone throw away from Haven, one of my faves.

Everything was fresh and wonderfully flavored. Bothe the steak and chicken were tender and juicy . Definitely worth checking out! Really enjoyed it and will be back if I’m ever back in town.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, but Bambi truly made the night exceptional. Her service was beyond professional — attentive without being intrusive, incredibly kind, efficient, and detail-oriented. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. Bambi is a true asset to this restaurant, and we will absolutely be back because of her.

Came to Bulla for brunch and overall had a good experience. The bottomless mimosas were a great add on for $23, and the brisket appetizer was amazing. The steak entrée was a little underwhelming. The quality was there, but the flavor was lacking. The blueberry ricotta pancakes were good, and the atmosphere was great. Clean, beautifully decorated, and a really nice vibe. Service was quick, and our server Cami was super helpful with the menu and checked on us often. I’d definitely give it a second chance and try different dishes, especially because the service was so good.

After moving to Tampa from Miami, I was so happy to find Bulla here!! I love going for drinks and their appetizers, but everything in the menu is AMAZING! I went last night for my birthday and had the most delicious food and had the best server; Brianny. I even got a signed birthday card. This was a nice surprise. Loved my birthday dinner!
