I am sorry that I do not have a better picture, but l was hungry and the food was bussing.
Let me start by saying that they’re small size is not small. There is enough food for two unless you would like me.
When you walked in, it’s almost like a chipotle where you can see the display of the protein choices. They have white rice and rice and peas in the middle; cabbage and other sides.
I told the person on the counter that it was my first time so she was a very helpful. I end up getting a white rice with chicken stew.
Let me tell you how I forgot to take a before picture, but the bigger space was filled with rice, cabbage on the side and an overflow of chicken on the other side.
Was the food good?? My second picture will tell you the answer to that. P. S. Don’t do this at home unless you’re a professional
Am I going back? They are so close to my house that might jog/walk in other to make space for a large plate next time.

I have been buying at Top taste for awhile now before they moved from the plaza with food town. The food was good and the service was decent. Unfortunately I believe the chef has been changed or if not they have lost their passion. The food is extremely salty. It doesn’t matter what food item you purchase it’s just salty. There is a difference between seasoned and salty. I purchased soup a few days ago and I had to pour it out because it was just so salty. It’s unfortunate cause they are so close to where I live but I have to find another Jamaican restaurant to enjoy.

highly recommend stew chicken and curry chicken both amazing great prices very authentic! try the soursop!! such a worth it stop!!! u will come back again n again! recommended to me n im sooo grateful! super nice environment and staff!! i’m sure everything would be delicious try both sauces too! cabbage on the side perfectly balancing!!

Food was not worth the price…it did not taste fresh & one of the fresh juices had a long strand of hair in it. Cabbage tasted Old..rice mushy..oxtails was a little tuff. We ordered a size small. Doesn’t taste like Jamaican food at ALL.
