Bull Smokehouse is a hidden gem for anyone who loves real barbecue. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a clean, modern setup and a friendly team that makes you feel welcome right away.
The loaded brisket fries are absolutely incredible — crispy fries topped with tender, smoky pulled brisket and just the right amount of cheese sauce. Easily one of the best comfort food dishes around.
The two-meat plate (brisket and sausage) was equally impressive. The brisket was juicy with that perfect smoky bark, and the sausage had a bold, flavorful bite. The rolls were soft, and the slaw added a fresh, creamy balance.
Everything here tastes like it’s made with care and passion for great BBQ.

If you have any opportunity to stop by here do it- the fried pickles had a great light coating on the outside, ranch was on point
I got the taco trio the brisket and pork were outstanding the chicken was very smokey but the toppings where so yummy and balanced with the salsa verde
My husband got the brisket sandwich he loved it and the bbq sauce was sweet how he likes it
Fries had seasoning on them and crispy on the outside
We arent from the area and just happened to be passing thru and boy am I glad we stopped
Only thing we wished they had was brewed sweet tea not bottled
But amazing! Thank yall

The best bar-b-que in Clermont! We’ve been twice now and both times got the tacos and burger because they are so good. This isnt traditional tacos/burgers, its those items made with incredibly cooked meat – like brisket – served with their homemade sauces, tortillas and salsa.

Absolutely amazing food!!! Talked to both the owners got to know them a little bit. They both are very nice and awesome people! Big shout out to them! Back to the food they definitely deserve a restaurant in the very near future! I had the brisket nachos and the 3 meat plate. Everything is seasoned perfectly and the brisket is melt in your mouth deliciousness!!! I definitely will be back over and over again! Again thank you both for the amazing food and experience. I ordered the platter, which was a perfect sampler of their smoked meats. Everything on the plate was flavorful and incredibly tender. You can tell they take their time with the smoking process. The chopped brisket, chicken, and smoked sausage were all moist and perfectly seasoned.
The accompanying sides—fries, baked beans, and coleslaw—made for a great, filling meal.
What really set this experience apart was the excellent service. The owners were friendly, engaging, and even personally delivered the food to our table, showing a genuine passion for his craft and his customers.

My order was a pickup order. I arrived early but didn’t have to wait long. Ordered the half rack of ribs and two meat plate (chose chopped brisket and chicken thigh.) Food was delicious. Ribs fall off the bone. Brisket and chicken thigh were tender and juicy. All were seasoned well. Good portions. Worth the money. FYI if you order the half rack on the Uber app it doesn’t come with a side.

Do not miss this spot! I stopped in to get a Brisket Cheeseburger, the owners were extremely friendly and very clearly care about their business and customers. The burger was amazing, better than any of the chain restaurants around. Tons of meat and flavor. Everything on the menu looks so good I can’t wait to go back for more. Thanks Bull Smokehouse!

The ribs were very good, fall off the bone, thick cuts, tender, good char, tender and delicious. Coleslaw was not our favorite, missing the needed flavors to make it pop, more of a vinegar taste. Great little truck

I found this place by accident, and I’m glad I did. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious. I had the Bull Smokehouse Burger with fries and baked beans. I do recommend visiting here.

We were searching for a new restaurant in this area and luckily found Bull Smokehouse. What an excellent food truck/ dining experience. Fortunately we visited on a cool evening just before sunset so it wasn’t hot. However, there are trees to provide shade if you are eating on site. The staff was very helpful, answering any questions we had. Our food was served quickly and tasted amazing. I had the Picana dinner which comes with their house sausage. My wife had the picana burger (which is the same meats as I ordered.) We will return soon to try more of their menu. Everything tasted amazing. Highly recommend stopping by!
