We had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We ordered the $69.99 prix fixe meal, which included a perfectly cooked 6 oz filet mignon, with potatoe puree and a fresh chopped salad. Service was excellent, our server Erin was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive.

The cocktails were fantastic — especially the Vermont Old Fashioned and the Espresso Martini. Both were expertly crafted.

To top it all off, the desserts were delicious. We enjoyed the cheesecake, chocolate cigar cake, and crème brûlée — each one rich, decadent, and beautifully presented.

We didn’t have reservations but they sat us in the speak easy almost immediately. Highly recommend!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my colleague at your restaurant while in town for AWS re:Invent.

We had the Seafood Tower and Scallops as starters, followed by the Tomahawk Ribeye with potato purée and seasonal mushrooms.

I would like to thank you for the impeccable service and delicious food. The wines by the glass were also exceptional. I was especially impressed by the white wine I ordered, but unfortunately, I do not know the name. Could you please share your “White Wines by the Glass” list with me?

I travel to Las Vegas 2-3 times a year for business, and I look forward to dining at Bugsy & Meyer’s again soon.

We had the Grand Seafood Tower… it was yummy but not amazing. Between the 4 of us we were only given one crab leg cracker gadget… two might have been nice so we weren’t passing it across the table to each other. We also weren’t given any seafood forks for getting the crab meat out. Also no finger bowls…. It all seemed like basic cutlery was forgotten for a wholly seafood meal.

We had an amazing experience at this steakhouse. The seafood tower was absolutely beautiful and incredibly delicious, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted extremely fresh. The New York steak was also outstanding, very well seasoned and cooked exactly right.

The atmosphere was great, the staff was attentive and professional, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Las Vegas.

We ate here on Thanksgiving night. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was still good overall. Our server did forget my lobster bisque, but it was an understandable mistake given the holiday rush. The food was alright—nothing exceptional—but considering how busy it was, it made sense.

Four of us went to this steakhouse because we were staying at Flamingo – two of us who were dining are diamond elite status with Caesars and had two celebration dinner credits, the lovely lady at VIP check in also gave us a 20% off credit. After dining we mentioned we will be using our celebration dinners and the 20% off our waitress told us she had to check with her manager (okay cool that’s fine)…WELL when her manager came over he was EXTREMELY rude and told us he doesn’t have time for this they don’t give double discounts which a celebration dinner isn’t a discount but okay.

Food was just okay, we got the bone in ribeye and bone in strip with mashed potatoes and another side along with the calamari and charcuterie platter. It is definitely overpriced for the food and for sure we will not be returning after how we were treated by the manager

(3/1/2026 is when we dined around 7:30 pm)

The hostess was a bit snotty. We were put in the Count Room instead of the main dinning room, which was kind of gloomy and dark, especially for a Valentine’s Day reservation. The server was ok, but she was the only one in the room waiting on all of the tables. We ordered the least expensive glass of red wine that cost $21.95 for like 5oz!! We each had a 16oz. Ribeye, which was ok, not worth the $76.00 each it cost! It was broiled, not grilled and had a bit of a strange smell/taste to it. We got the mushrooms and gratin potatoes. They did give PLENTY of mushrooms, and they were fine. The potatoes were good, but when we asked for our leftovers to be boxed, they threw away the several spoonful’s that were left of the potatoes!! We asked where they went and the person did bring us another order to go. I definitely would not go back – sorry!

Restaurant was on the slower side and literally everything took forever. 30min for drinks to come out and another 20 for the first app to finally arrive, our server didn’t clear the table and we still had non used wine glasses at the end of our meal which was insane. Funniest part is the steak entree came out before the salads and we weren’t given steak knife’s either. I wish i remember our server name because he was absolutely horrible.
On the bright side the manager Michelle came over and made everything right, bringing us a round of drinks and brought out the chef as well to present a full sampler of their dessert.
Thank you Michelle for making this a fantastic dinner

Made a reservation here for a special anniversary dinner. Ordered a pasta dish and the chicken parm between us and both dishes arrived 15 mins after ordering, which we thought was unusually fast – too fast. The pasta dish was fine, nothing spectacular but good. Arrived warm, not hot.
The chicken parm arrived at barely room temperature, almost cold, cheese set on top as if it had been sitting out for an hour. It took a long while to grab the waiter’s attention. I explained the chicken arrived near cold and was obviously not freshly cooked (there would not have been time to cook this dish fresh and for it to cool down to this temperature within 15 minutes of placing the order with the waitress).
Upon hearing this and seeing the dish herself, she offered to ‘heat it up’ for me.
Completely unacceptable when I’m paying $60+ for a piece of chicken.
I asked for a freshly cooked piece. The second piece arrived piping hot, freshly cooked, as it should have been the first time.
Not a great experience and most likely wouldn’t return or suggest this place for a special dinner like we were celebrating.
On the flip side of things, we had a drink at the ‘hidden’ bar in the back, which was excellent and a fun atmosphere.
This is such a visually beautiful establishment, it’s a shame the service and quality didn’t match the environment.

The entire experience was amazing. The food was awesome and the service was spot on! The chef came out and informed us of his long term plans for the menu and also ho what we were about to get was prepared. All in all, a great experience with good food and the dessert was perfect (creme brûlée and chocolate cake). Highly recommend trying this place out when in Vegas (@ the Flamingo).
