This is the Mexican all inclusive buffet. There is a doorway that leads into the international buffet, they are side by side. . They are both excellent with lots of options. The service is so friendly and inviting. The cappuccino in the morning is delightful.

Great food, impossible not to find something you like. They have chocolate covered fruits almost every morning, lots of fruit options, meats, fish, pastries, omelet and pasta stations, crepes, etc. Huge variety. They also have a self serve coffee machines that make great latte and cortado coffee. Fresh juices, 5-6 varieties, served every morning. Waiters are attentive and friendly. Do not pass the soups they serve for lunch, every single one I tried was delicious.
My only two suggestions would be to have more dessert options for lunch (plenty for breakfast, but lunch is lacking variety) and maybe add condensed milk or chocolate next to crepe station during lunch time, since the only option they have for crepes are diced fruits and jam. Otherwise, plenty of great options for breakfast and lunch.
Special thanks to our waiter Ruben who made our meals even more enjoyable.

Santiago Cab from Hacienda Maya Palace was our waiter for the 2nd year in a row. I can’t say enough great things about him. The two that stand out the most is hard worker and heart warming smile! The atmosphere is spectacular! We will be returning again and sitting on Santiago’s side! Thank you for a dream vacation 🙂

We were staying in Barceló Maya Riviera but as their buffet was closed for dinner (due to COVID restrictions) we ventured out to Maya Palace. The buffet was absolutely disgusting and the decor very outdated. None of the food was seasoned – at all. Also, the hygiene in Hacienda was below par. Waters were nonchalant.

This is a very great buffet. Yes they do not change their meals much..but you can definitely find a lot to eat. Tacos, burgers, meat etc was always great. Thanks to all hardworking stuff there. Special thanks to Ruben Altunar and Brayan for the great service provided and for my and daughter’s Birthday well organized celebration.
