Exceptional Dining Experience at Buffalos!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and I must say, it was truly a culinary masterpiece. From the moment we walked in, the impeccable service and elegant ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The culinary journey began with an exquisite pan de elote, perfectly toasted and infused with a hint of sweetness. The bacon appetizer was cooked to perfection, with a tender and juicy texture that simply melted in our mouths.
However, the true masterpiece was the lobster pasta with poblano a dish that can only be described as sublime. The succulent lobster meat was expertly paired with a rich and creamy sauce, all perfectly balanced.
To conclude, the desserts were a sweet and satisfying finale, my favorite.. the banana pudin.
Congratulations to the culinary team, particularly the Chef Shadow, for creating a truly unforgettable dining experience.

We came for lunch and stayed for the fun! What an amazing spot at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, located right beside the Bachelor Gulch Lift. The food and the service were amazing….. and, of course, the view was out of this world! Not to mention all the gorgeous people in gorgeous clothes! Also…. a DJ playing dance music… see the videos! Such a treat!

We enjoyed a long, comfortable, delicious evening here, starting with drinks outside and ending with a custom dessert cake to celebrate a birthday. The leadership is new (just two weeks), the menu was updated (good mix of comfort food with a great twist for each… highly recommend the appetizers!), the service was strong (knowledgeable, personable, and always available). This is a place my whole family wants to return to soon!

I’ve eaten here at least three times over the last few weeks, and the staff are all over the place. I sat at the bar recently, and the service was fantastic, prompt and professional. Outside, however, is a different story.
Firstly it takes ages to get served, then when you do the staff kept bringing out food which wasn’t for our table, by this point we hadn’t even ordered but they’d be walking around looking confused. This happened maybe four or five times. Whoever the food belonged to which they were carrying would have soon gone cold, considering it’s below freezing outside.
That probably explains why our chilli was stone-cold by the time we got it. The cheese on top couldn’t even melt it was that cold. I asked for the salt to which the server said “of course” waited 5 minutes before getting up and looking for it myself.
The nachos are probably the worst we’ve ever had. We didn’t want to pay an extra $20 for meat, so we got the basic nachos thinking there’d be some decent toppings but they were basically melted cheese on nacho chips, no salsa, no beans, and no jalapeños. They were so basic it’s almost beyond belief.
Considering the prices, they are charging, the service and food should be way better than this.
If it wasn’t for the pleasant experience I had at the bar, I’d give this place one star.

The restaurant disappointed me. For a hotel of such category, the restaurant is horrible. It was very dark and you couldn’t even see what you were eating. The person who served us didn’t know the menu well enough to explain the contents of the dishes. There was a noise that made it seem like we were in a sports bar. We ordered a soup that was so spicy that it was impossible to eat. She recommended it to a pregnant woman. How horrible. It’s a place where you just want to eat and leave quickly. I didn’t like it. I don’t recommend it and I wouldn’t go back.

Quite overrated. Horribly overpriced and food was borderline terrible. My husband got the confit turkey leg and it was not confit it was deep fried and burned to a crisp. The meat was soooo dry and probably not more than 3oz of meat on the whole thing. Overheard restaurant management speaking poorly about guests outside too.

For a restaurant at the Ritz, I expected more. The burger was decent but nothing special, and serving it with chips instead of hot fries felt like a downgrade. A small detail, but one that made a big difference in the experience. Their nachos were great.
