Buffalo, New York natives Al and Mary Baldassari moved to Ft. Wayne, Indiana in 1966, a few years after the first Buffalo wings were served at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo. Buffalo Wings became very popular in the Eastern U. S. in the next 20 years, but were unknown in the Midwest. The Baldassaris decided to try to bring the regional favorite to their home of Ft Wayne in 1987, and opened up the first Buffalo Wings and Curls in Ft Wayne. A second location followed in 1990. A few years later delicious baby back ribs were added to the menu, and the name was changed to Buffalo Wings & Ribs.

Great wings, great apps, and the ranch was great too! They give you a mountain of fries for a small, and a small mountain for a large. The heat level of the hottest wing sauce is definitely hot, but bearable with great flavor. The hot honey and hot garlic are sauce options as well.

My son was at a Birthday party at Fun City and I didn’t eat lunch so figured I would grab a bite to eat. I ended up getting a blue cheese burger and fries and a few beers. I haven’t been there forever and I was surprised how good the food was and how great the service was. If you can request a waitress Hannah F. was amazing. I haven’t had that good of service in a long time! It reminded me of going out to eat years ago when people cared way more! Definitely will be back!

Food is good, service was good it is pricey. Ribs were my favorite, excellent chili. If you order French fries one order is enough for two or three people!

Went there tonight even though it was super busy the service and food was still amazing!! I don’t mind waiting a little longer for food especially if i look around and it’s busy! It was definitely worth the wait and we loved our server Hannah F! She was wonderful and very attentive especially with my children, We will be back and will make sure to ask for Hannah!

Take out directly from kitchen, opened 2 minutes later. Wrong flavor on half the wings, absolutely overcooked jerky wings, asked if I could pay more for flats, was told no, so received 2 flats out of 10. The fries were not even considered fries, soggy, little nubbins of potato. Will never return, don’t even care for replacements. Awful. 0/10.

If I could rate it Zero I would. Extremely disappointed. Ordered carry out and my wings were extremely over cooked. Tried to bite into it and scratched my gums. I got the Medium Garlic it tasted like greased oil. Seeing other photos compared to mine . There was ZERO sauce on the wings. Don’t get traditional wings smh . My husbands boneless was good and actually had sauce on it, but they dont know how to cook traditional wings. Second time giving them a chance. Spent way too much $ for it to taste like this how could you even put this out to give to someone, you can tell they are dry and HARD

We ordered pickle fries and garlic cheese bread for appetizers, then individually ordered our actual entrees. My wife and I got boneless wings with honey barbecue sauce, and fries. The appetizers came out before, but the fries came out between the appetizers and the wings. This happened for everyone.
Additionally, the honey barbecue sauce was mostly honey, which is not how I have ever seen honey barbecue sauce anywhere else. It was very odd.
It was a Saturday in October, so there was college football, but they were showing weird games and NBA preseason (not the Pacers). It was just odd overall.

I’ve eaten here for years and always had 5 star food and service and left many reviews to show that however tonight my wife and I got a to-go order and it was nothing close to what I expected over the years from here. Wings were dry (paid for extra wet) and looked very old like they were leftovers. Loaded ends had what looked and tasted like old crispy toppings had been sitting under a warmer for hours. We both ended up throwing most of it away. We live 30 minutes away so neither of us felt like driving all the way back. We are gonna try again next time we want wings and hopefully today was just a fluke but I’ve never had this quality of food from here before

I’ve been coming here since high school and this was probably the worst order of wings I’ve gotten. No one was at all friendly or greeting anyone other than to ask if they had a carry out order. I know they’re busy but they rushed our food and the wings were so soggy they were almost undercooked. I’ve gotten carry out from here an lot and gotten them home and they were still crispy. These were completely inedible and even with dollar wing night it was still $50 for two orders of wings and 2 fries (one of which they forgot). I would’ve rather waited longer and the wings be good. This is entirely too much $$ for inedible food.
