I’ve been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for years, but the River Point location has consistently been disappointing. Despite the restaurant being half empty, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait because the servers needed to “catch up.” We chose to sit at the bar instead, where only a few guests were seated, yet the bartender was absent for nearly 15 minutes. This location appears to be very poorly managed compared to other Bdubs I’ve visited. If this weren’t a national chain, I’m confident it would have closed long ago.

Was excited to eat, but waited 30 mins for my food, then got it, and it was cold. Some of my wings were not cooked all the way, and I had to stop eating. Our waitress never came to check on us, and the manager ended up getting us our bill. Paid and left. Im really disappointed because I’m a regular bdubs person on Tuesday at my regular location, but we were in the area and wanted some good food. But left hungry and paid for cold, uncooked food.
They also charged my card more than what my bill was. I didn’t leave a tip and it was $47 but I was charge $60 what the hell. Im so upset
EDIT- called the location and Skylar fixed my situation and apologized for my visit. Very nice guy.

The manager (Skylar), was enraged when I politely asked for the normal amount of cheese on my nachos. I often order nachos at multiple locations. I showed him my nachos. It was obvious they were lacking, but he didn’t care. Other than that, my waitress was pleasant and helpful. The food was okay, but refusing to put enough cheese on is just unheard of. When I calmly said I would leave a bad review, he said I had to leave. When I calmly refused his ridiculous demand, he called the cops to have me removed to get revenge for this review. I calmly left when they came and they were in awe that he would use them to get revenge. He told the police I was argumentative. They said he should have given me a little more cheese, but their policies require them to enforce the request to have people removed for any reason. What a disrespectful waste of law enforcement time and valuable resources. I was sober, calm, professional, and politely disagreed, but he blew a gasket when I said I’d leave a bad review. I can share the video with corporate, if they care. (nachos photo attached… there was even less cheese under this top layer)

I put in an order to be picked up at 2:10 yesterday and when I got there, there was about 20 other waiting for there orders too.
I did not get my order till about 3:10 so a whole hour late.
When I got home everything was cold except for the cheese curds. I was also missing one flavor of wings we ordered and did not get any of the ranch we ordered. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and I know others were too!!

5 stars for manager Skylar. I had an issue at another location where my order was canceled because they decided to close early and we’re celebrating as they were locking up early. Then the next day they were dodging all phone calls so I called the next closest location for advice on how to move forward and he was fantastic. Thank you!

I went to this place on 12/14/25 at 9pm. I had my two kids along with a relative and her daughter. When we walked in, there was no host at the stand. We waited for about a minute. As I looked around it didn’t seem that busy. Most of football was over but there was basketball and other games on their tv’s. Since no one acknowledged us to include the servers who were running either drinks or food or were cleaning tables didn’t acknowledge us. There was a bunch of open seating in the bar area so I figured we would take a seat at one of the high tables. The female bartender displayed an idiot don’t care mentality and never wanted to come over. Now I get we all have busy days but in this industry you have to fake it to make it. She just cleaned her area and paced back and forth. We made eye contact a few times but she never came over. I checked the time and they don’t close until 11pm on a Sunday. Due to no one communicating / acknowledging us, we left and went somewhere else. No wonder this place is a 3.3. Thankfully I don’t live in this area and only travel, because I would never go back to this place. I’d rather go to Perrys’s Nextdoor.

We are huge advocates for Buffalo Wild Wings! In fact, we order here at least once every other week, sometimes once a week. After a long night of work, we decided to order our food (even though there was a snow storm). Inside, the restaurant was not too busy and we ordered our food at the Togo station. The staff did not look thrilled to be there, they were not rude but just seemed agitated. I ordered LOADED ice cream nachos which normally comes with caramel, cinnamon sugar, fudge, and ice cream. The only thing packed was a small scoop of ice cream with only FOUR chips, which was only enough for half of the ice cream. My roommate wanted boneless wings w/ lemon pepper rub and her sauces on the side. This order was not correct. The sauce was on half of the wings and the other half were the lemon pepper dry rub. My other roommate ordered 12 traditional wings with lemon pepper dry rub with sauce on the side, they also messed that up. We had no ranch in the bag(s), there was no celery or carrots as well, no wet napkins or ketchup. We are super upset, but we understand sometimes these things happen. We are NOT the type of people to complain over the little things, and 3 of us have worked in the food industry. Mistakes happen, but tonight was not the greatest. Just leaving a review to hopefully catch these mishaps from happening in the future.

The absolute worst service! I verified what was supposed to be to be in my order and they forgot a couple of things. Not a big deal that is why I do it before leaving but when you have to wait 30 mins just to get a side of fries and ten other orders come out after yours and you have to still wait on fries…… like that is ridiculous. Absolutely no care about service. I would never recommend getting takeout from here, maybe even just going to this Buffalo Wild Wings in general. Any other BWWs is better than this one.

If zero stars was possible this location would get it. We sat for 20 minutes after standing at the host area waiting to be seated. So we sat in the bar area. The bar tender completely ignored us the other two waitresses literally looked at us then sat and talked in their little corner. The absolute worst service. Also the bar tender was gone away from the bar most of the time.
