Went in on Super Bowl Sunday February 8th cause I had placed an order for some boneless wings for my first time ever and afterwards found out it would be over an hour wait. I had used part Gift card and part debit so couldn’t cancel due to gift card so I waited in the location along with about 50 other people who were all upset also. Not prepared at all for all the business on this busy day. Along with that I was rushing and had thrown 3 of my diamond rings (valued around $10,000) into my coat pocket (like a dummy) and feel they were lost at this location cause were missing when I returned home. I’ve called twice and they just say not found and don’t even look I’ve walked in twice and they do the same thing. I’ve asked if they can review cameras they say no. I’ve reported to police and called several pawn and jewelry locations in case someone picked up and tried to sell them but so far no luck. And every time I call the phone puts you on hold forever and the lady that’s always there is not nice at all. Very bad experience for my first time ever trying out Buffalo Wild Wings and I will never return. Waste of time signing up for the rewards card also cause she wouldn’t honor anything on it that I had coming which was just 6 free wings with an order for first time customer! Please hire more caring and better employees. Regret leaving a tip online when I placed order!! I’ve worked retail over 40yrs and would never treat someone who lost something of such value & sentiment like this.

Bought a BOGO 15 wings, got only 15 wings. Asked for the other 15 and they said the box I got had 30. Left my phone on the counter while I ran out to the car to get the wings to show them, and they literally picking my phone up and threw it across the room. Absolutely crazy that the place here is still in business. And now I cant trust whatever they are giving me to cover my missing 15 because they are mad.

Ha! They just gave me 30 drumsticks. No flats. I guess that’s not as bad as they could have done…

Night shift couldn’t care less about their job, if it wasn’t for the fact they were closed by the time I saw this poison in my bag, I would have ask for a managers number to call. all the sauce spilled all over the bag/contents. And they charged me for a sauce I never got. The sauce thing isn’t that bad but in reality it adds to the frustration. Big time loss of a 50 dollar order!!!

Whoever manages this place for lack of a better term needs to get their shit together. I was doing DoorDash and went to go pick up an order (e.g. it was 20 wings). I walked in and there was 20 other Dashers, whom some that I talked to were waiting on orders for 1 hr +. I get it there was an NFC Championship Football game, but this restaurant was NOT prepared whatsoever. There’s no reason the wait time for DoorDash orders should be at 1 hr +. I wonder how much food went to waste that night cause it never got picked up. I waited 25 min for that order, and when I asked how long it would be, I was told it would be 1 hr +

I called two days ago to order five types of chicken wings; they were supposed to make 15 in total. The woman who answered the phone told me she couldn’t give me five of each kind, which is strange because they had given them to my friends many times before. I asked her to hold on for a moment, and she hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to someone else, and she said she was the only one working. She was very rude to me and answered my questions very angrily. When I went to pick up the wings, there were three other employees there. It’s terrible customer service. My friends also say that when they go there, they receive very bad service. If they don’t feel like working, they shouldn’t be there.

I have never had such bad customer service until I arrived here.

I placed an ordered and called back to let the woman know that they forgot my sauces and the woman said, “ Well it’s free” and hung up on me.

When I arrived back to the store I explained that I made a call regarding missing sauces and asked to receive them. I then asked the woman if she was the person I spoke to that hung up on me. She said yes. She told me that it doesn’t matter because it’s free sauces and she doesn’t have to give me any. She told me she could refuse my services.

The woman was very rude and told me I was stupid to drive for some sauces and that she was the one who made my order. I told her I wouldn’t drive all this way to lie about some “free sauces.” She then threaten to call the cops on me and became verbally aggressive towards me.

I never at any point called her names or raised my voice, but explained that this was poor customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me that she was the only manager and refused to give me any further information.

When more customers arrived she ignored me and accused me of lying. I asked again to speak with someone else and she refused. I told her I paid for a service and it’s not right to treat people this way. She told me to go “google” her supervisor.

She continued to disrespect me until a young gentlemen approached me and asked me what was going on. He was another worker there. I explained to him what happened and he agreed to speak with her, but I’m still very upset by the service that I received and did not deserve to be treated that way. It was very unprofessional.

She needs to be fired and I wasn’t able to get any information. I just know she’s a short, older white woman with dirty blonde hair. I hope to get in contact with a supervisor because nobody deserves to be treated that way. I will no longer go to this location.

Food is fine but not worth the price. I ordered two #1s (6 wings with fries, no drink) and it was $30. I was also very unhappy with how long it took. I was told 10 minutes after I ordered, but it took 26 minutes. My carrots were clearly old and should have not been sold. I have never left a review so negative… I’m just being honest about my experience.

I respect the one young guy for actually having a sense of awareness and getting me my order. I walked in a short haired tatted white person was in lobby sweeping and didn’t even pay no mind just went straight to the back like a cockroach. After standing a few minutes of watching him just talking with the Gordita in the back.

Trying to click carryout, its trying to take you to a 3rd party vendor that will increase prices of your order. Then when you finally get to their website, their location feature is not properly functioning. Good to know you cant order from here for any carryout..
