The food was overpriced for the amount of food I received and the staff made me wait to use the restroom even though it was pretty obvious that I needed to use the restroom. (The restroom is for customers only so I ordered and paid and requested the restroom code.) I told the woman at the front counter that my order was for here for dine-in when I placed my order, they served it to me in a plastic bag anyway. When I received my plastic bag, I stated that I had ordered for dine-in and was told that all orders are bagged. I also didn’t receive utensils in my plastic bag. When I requested them I was told that the restaurant did not have anymore forks. Please make sure that your establishment at least has enough utensils as it not very busy in the restaurant at moment (it’s after 3 p.m. PST) and it should be adequately stocked with these items. Plastic bags are also harmful to environment and pose a threat to endangered species of the oceans, which San Diego, CA is a costal county. This is my first and last visit to this establishment. I do not recommend this location.

My first experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location sadly ensures it will also be my last. Arriving around 9:00 PM, I was greeted warmly by smiling staff who were very helpful with the menu – a nice touch for a first-time customer.
They mentioned my order would be cooked fresh, requiring about a 10-minute wait. The restaurant was quite chilly due to the AC, so I opted to wait in my car right by the door, informing the staff member. After the 10 minutes passed and I hadn’t seen my order brought out, I went inside to inquire. My food was quickly grabbed off a shelf in the back and given to me, still accompanied by a smile.
The disappointment hit as soon as I left. Reaching for a fry felt like putting my hand into a cold pack; they were utterly devoid of warmth. For the nearly $20 paid, I expected freshly prepared food, not something that felt like it had been sitting out indefinitely. It was clear the food was old. The wings were similarly unacceptable – stiff, dry, and cold to the bone.
At that point, tired from a long day, I just continued home instead of turning back, though I immediately wished I had. I ended up getting food from Rally’s, remembering too late that their food is reliably hot and fresh.
Friendly service and smiles are appreciated, but they mean little when the core product – the food – is this poor. Paying nearly $20 for old, cold food, especially after being told it was being prepared fresh, is simply unacceptable and left me feeling cheated out of my money. A truly disappointing visit that earns only one star for the staff’s courtesy.

Ive never left a review on Google before but I’m so extremely disappointed I had to leave this. Thought it’d be convenient to easily pick up wings. Ordered 20 wings and only half of them were the right seasoning. Not to mention all the wings were like eating wood they were so dry. Not edible. Not satisfied.

Wings are delicious! I always order my wings extra crispy, and they did not disappoint. Best Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. New favorite wing spot and it’s close to home. Restaurant was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and informative. My favorite flavors are Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic.

This was my 1st and last time ordering from this place, I wanted to contribute to the new place…. I ordered for delivery.. Missing an item 1 of the bogo part so I call back, they ask for me to go pick up the missing item… (There is a reason I asked for delivery…) The woman H says she will call me back she doesn’t know what to do. Another manager J calls back almost yelling at me because I can’t go get it.. tells me they don’t have cars to go deliver it. Very rude asks “are you going to come and get it or not?” I told her she was being rude and she hung up.. Apparently they cannot figure it out.
(I order directly from their website I didn’t use doordash or Ubereats app, otherwise I would just request a refund)

-I Ordered 30 BOGO traditional wings and only received 20 (still charged for 30), asked for extra wet Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan wet rub and received asian zing and Lemon Pepper, and the customer service was very poor. Extremely unsatisfied by this place. Hopefully the owner sees this and has a good talk with the team about attention to details on orders. I won’t be going here anymore due to this not being my first bad experience. Just a warning to people spending their hard earned money at a place that can’t get orders right.

The new Buffalo Wild Wings Go in Spring Valley is awesome. I ordered on the app and when I arrived my food was ready the lobby was super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I picked up my order and went home with it. My 10 piece traditional tasted like I got it served to me right then and there
