This is unfortunate because my family loves Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered food weeks ago and we got RAW chicken. When I called the manager made a comment that he thought they didn’t pack that. So he knew it was raw and it wasn’t thrown away. I asked for a refund the manager on duty said papers had to be filled out and approved which is an awful process. I have called multiple times to check the status the last person I spoke to said they thought it was approved but here we are and I still haven’t received it! The only reason we didn’t take the offer for them to fix it with another meal was because we had a baby sleeping so a refund should be easy and quick back on the card. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to just refund someone back. I want to be able to still be a customer but the way this is going we won’t be. I need someone to reach out and fix this. You can’t just serve people raw chicken!

This place was immaculate I loved this place and the food was incredible. The atmosphere was amazing the kitchen had good music playing and lots of laughter. The workers were great! The open lead worker Denzel was polite! The food was put out on time and warm. The management Anetwann was great for answering all my questions as it was my first time ever in Buffalo wild wings 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered the 20 boneless wing bundle. Most of them were tiny chunks of over fried breading with barely any meat inside and the ones that did have meat were so overdone that they were extremely dried out and not 1 of them was a decent piece of juicy chicken. We have ordered from here a couple times and this time the wings were so awful we barely ate them due to them feeling like tiny bricks. Kids wouldn’t even eat them. Not sure if or when we will be back after this.. only gave 2 starts cuz the fries were good at least

It was a gentleman named James that stuck his neck out for me & my kids. It was something simple like buying some sauces.. the crew told me they couldn’t help me & to go somewhere else. He walked in the door. I told him what was going on. Took him 3 secs to bring me some sauces. That’s love. We need more people like him in the industry

The cashier and new general manager, Twan, both gave me excellent customer service and hospitality when I placed my first order ever at this location.
I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and 10 honey barbecue bone-in wings and they threw in an extra 10 plain bone-in wings on the side.

This is by far the best Buffalo wild wings location in Colorado Springs period! Every time I come here, they make sure my order is always correct and my wings are extra saucy and hot (temperature wise), not to mention the staff is always friendly. Thank you James, James P, and Nali for giving me the best reliable service EVERY time!! 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The staff was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They did not know my name, lost track of my order, and then refused to remake it even though I had already paid. To make matters worse, they demanded that I pay again for the same order.
The restaurant smelled weed , and the staff appeared very young and poorly trained, with no sense of professionalism or accountability. What was most frustrating was the manager, a woman with black and burgundy locs, who witnessed her staff being unprofessional and seemed to find the situation amusing rather than taking it seriously. She refused to properly address or resolve the issue, which made the experience even worse.
There was no real leadership, no customer service, and no effort to fix a clear mistake. This location feels poorly managed and dismissive toward customers. I will not be returning and would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings unless major improvements are made in management and staff training.

I submitted an order to the Buffalo Wildwings Go 6877 Mesa Ridge Parkway through the app early this morning, approximately at 6 AM for pickup at 11:10 (earliest pick up time available). I arrived at 11:00 when the store opened and found the store locked. I called 3 times with no answer. Employees showed up at 11:06, unlocked the door and told me our food would not be ready until 11:30 and I would have to wait. That does not work- I am on a timed lunch and cannot wait around because employees were late to prepare our food. When I was receiving the refund, the employee showed no sense or urgency or remorse. I had to order from somewhere else with the remaining time left for our lunch and rush back to work. This level of service is absolutely beyond unsatisfactory. I regret going here and will not be going to this location ever again. I have to wait 10-14 business days for a refund of $91.29. Avoid this place at all costs.
It has been 15 business days and I’m still waiting for my refund because the manager working did not submit it until last week. When I called previously to inquire about it, the manager at the time Sam, hung up on me. I’ve “reached out” to corporate however it seems useless. If I could give 0 stars I would.

WOW! If you have not tried this Buffalo Wild Wings Go, what a great concept in Fountain. All the best food in a BWW sports bar made for me to take home in under 5 minutes. I ordered ahead on the app and walked in, greeted with a smile and handed my excellent wings, and the best tenders I’ve ever had; most, juicy with this great brown sugar spice sauce. I am due a refund effective 15 September 2025. Today, 24 September I still have not been issued the refund, I called the store and they said the Manager is the only one can help and they don’t know when the Manager works. I would like the Store Owner/ Manger to remedy this immediately.
It is 1 November and I still have not received my refund. I called on 16 October and was told it was processed. I will have your establishment added to the list of places Military members can not go to because at this point you have stolen my money.
