First time eating in this location, ordered 20 boneless and a large cauliflower wings. Ordered large fries Got 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese for all the amount of wings we ordered. I go here often for a quick lunch. The employees are always friendly. The wings are always consistent; crispy and perfect amount of sauce. The fries are always fresh and well-seasoned too. they have a great rewards system and good online deals.

I think by now everyone knows BWW is either their go to spot or they eat it once in a while. My wife loves their wings and I’m kind of on the fence with their wings. I feel like it’s either a hit or a miss. But the customer service is always really friendly. My wife wanted me to leave this review of the Hot Dorritos Wings. She said they were amazing, nice and spicy and cooked just right. She didn’t understand the $1.00 extra charge but it ended up being a side bag of Dorritos.

DO NOT EAT HERE! My mouth will NEVER be the same! I went in for some quick wings and asked if the sauce was spicy. I was told, it was not. The sauce burnt my tongue so badly it’s been 5 days and I can’t eat or drink anything slightly spicy! I can’t really eat ANYTHING!” My mouth hurts so badly and nothing seems to make it ok! I’m thinking about taking action. I’ll never go back here again. We think it’s a chemical burn because it’s just so bad!!! I’m not sure if this was done intentionally or not!

Great wings! Service was great and the wings came out delicious! I suggest the Desert Heat rub if you’re looking for a little spice, but not too much. Can’t go wrong with classic buffalo either!

Every single time I have gone here they have messed up my order! This last time I was sick and ordered dinner because I was too tired to cook. I had my daughter go in and pay. We checked the order when she got in the car and as always we were missing items. I sent her back in and they offered to charge her for those items! I had to go in myself to get the food we had already paid for! At LEAST in the past the manager offered us free drinks or gave us a coupon for a free sandwich next time. This manager acted like I was the one who made the mistake! $50 for 30 wings and some fries I had to go into the store for 3 times ( between my daughter and I). The food is good…the service is upsetting! I recommend checking your bag before you leave the restaurant if you go here!! And be sure to save your receipt!!
