Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I enjoyed my FREE Veteran’s Day meal and the great service. Serving my country was a huge honor, so it’s always nice to be appreciated and recognized for serving. The young man working the front counter was still cheerful and kind even after welcoming military veterans all day long. I didn’t notice any signs of impatience or agitation from the employees or customers. The evening atmosphere was positive. My lemon pepper boneless wings and fries were served hot and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Delicious! Oh, the employee also took the time to step away from the register to snap a selfie with me.

I was charged for all three separately?
See receipt. I asked for onions on the side of my burger and they charged me for onion rings, which I got them to remove.
The all American burger with fries and a drink is normally 1099 but I was charged 1249 for it? I’m not gonna raise a big fuss over a couple bucks, but I’m not sure why the menus aren’t consistent from restaurant to restaurant. The inside was very small head For tables that seated two and one table that seated four. I think it is primarily a to go order pick up Buffalo Wild Wings.
You get your own drink self serve . And my order came out package to go.
Service was fast. Excellent the employees were very friendly and customer service oriented. I just got confused by the difference between this and the standard restaurant.

Had a very tasty lunch today with my family. We ordered a 30 piece and tried 6 different sauces. They were all so good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food came out quick. Highly recommend.

First, the manager is great! He has a great personality and seems to be great at running the store. Second, the food is really good! I didn’t used to like buffalo wild wings but since they started cooking in beef tallow so I gave them another try. So glad that I did!! The wings, burger and fries were awesome!

I placed an order this weekend and only received half the order when it was delivered. When I called to let them know, not only were they super apologetic and courteous, they offered to remake the whole order and delivered asap. I was very happy with service and food. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The food is great. I initially had an issue with my order but Stefan took care of my issue immediately. He has great customer skills. He was quick to listen, was not rude, and did not try to excuse himself or the team for the mistakes made. I hope that his management takes notice of his hard work and customer service skills. Thanks Stefan for turning an unpleasant experience at Buffalo Wild Wings into a positive one. We will definitely be returning.

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Cibolo (Valley Dr.) around 7:30 PM on a Sunday night, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the team working tonight. There were only three young guys running the entire operation, and despite being super busy, they were absolutely crushing it.
Orders were moving, customers were being helped quickly and professionally, and the food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly made. You could tell they were working hard, staying focused, and keeping a great attitude under pressure. It’s not easy to hold it all together during a rush like that — but this crew made it happen.
Bravo to these guys and thank you for the hustle and dedication. You’re representing the brand incredibly well. This kind of work ethic deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be back!

Tonight I ordered dinner for the family. I paid for 3 meals and a large side of ranch. We didn’t receive the ranch so I called the location and they offered a credit. Awesome no problem. Then we found that the tenders meal was missing the sauce we ordered. That’s kinda the entire reason to pay this much for chicken isn’t it. Apon my second call to the location the manager Danny said he wouldn’t refund the tenders but if I drove to the restaurant (after I paid $6 delivery in fees and then driver tip) he said he would give me the dry rub. Now doesn’t this defeat the purpose of paying for delivery. Feeling petty and annoyed at this inconvenience I drove to the location. Gave him back the tenders, to which he told me his manager would be there in the morning and he wrote my name on a white board but he couldn’t even tell me if they would refund my account or not. No sauce, no ranch, no chicken what exactly did I just pay for? Very disappointed
