I live pretty far away, but I drive here because my kids love this place. I recently went to pick up an order, and when I got home I noticed it was wrong. I called to inform them, but the person who answered the phone was very rude. I asked if they could remake my order and also compensate me since I would have to drive another 30 minutes. He said they would only remake the order and nothing else, then hung up while I was still talking.
This experience was very upsetting. Buffalo Wild Wings, please hire people with better customer service and manners.

Three stars because they’re nice over all. But don’t leave with out triple checking your order. I got about two lights away when something in me said check your order. I was missing an item. I get home and notice I’m missing a dipping sauce. I understand wanting to have a place you can enjoy being at but when you’re working on an order please lock in. I work in food service and I understand things happen but damn this sucks.

No point in going check your orders because apparently they are incapable of reading an order, order placed online for pickup got back missing my tots and my free boneless wings (no biggie on the freebies but still sucks) called and the manager did refund the money for the tots but still come on read and double check yourself your job is EASY id hate for them to have a job more than putting stuff in a bag

The employees looked like they didn’t want to be there or they’re getting underpaid. Ok so the food was so bad the boneless chicken was so small it didn’t look worth the money I also ordered the large potato wedges they gave me a large box and looks like they filled it whit a small size wedges I added 3 ranch 1 blue cheese I didn’t get any of that, don’t go to this location it is so bad just go to the actual restaurant location in fairmont they have great service and the portions are much bigger

I had a fantastic experience here! The service was top-notch, and the staff was both friendly and efficient. A special shoutout to Chris at the register he was incredibly welcoming, patient, and made sure my order was correct. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. Today 4/4/2025, I ordered food online, and it was okay but veggies need be more full in bag. I believe we should get what we pay for.
So it wasn’t enough so …I came back to get more veggies and wrap sandwich and brownie. I don’t know how the manager runs a store with loud music ( mind you they were cussing in music) and the employees were loud obnoxious and were using profanity. First of all, I’m a store manager
and my employees don’t play music at all, and we don’t use profanity. The employees need to be re-trained and no music and watch their mouth. The owner will loose customers like that having employees that don’t work correct. That’s really rachet and disrespectful. This was my first and last time coming, no longer will I buy food and spend $50.

I placed an order to be picked up by DoorDash. I got my food and the outside of the boneless wings was hot and the inside cold. Same with the boneless wings. We had to throw a lot away since the sauce was just drizzled on there.. very dry. I go to this location because it’s close to home. They did deliver my fries since it was forgotten so good service but trash food I spent $70 for a horrible valentine’s dinner.
