Buffalo wild wings needs to fix the issue of trying to place an order online and having the option of trying to get a rewards redeemed. Its the same issue every time, i am unable to place an order on the app and redeem a reward through the app. Its so unfortunate. And when i try to come in to redeem them in the store, im being told theres nothing we can do about it. Makes no sense. Was looking forward to redeeming a reward but instead i had to pay for it.

I ordered to go and found my box of wings dumped in with the sauce and cooking oil. This is the first time this has happened to me at Buffalo Wild Wings. This is why I skip Wingstop and pay a little more so they DON’T do this. Very disappointed. That’s a lazy move and I was the only customer and order they had at that time. (3:50 PM) Also the ranch was barely half filled.

My second time ever going to a Buffalo wild wings. First time here though. This building is relatively new and since it’s close by, I was bound to come here eventually. If any one in your life has ever told you this place is trash. Come here before you take their word. I really like this place. I’ll come back just to try more sauces. I tried there mango habanero wings w/ onion rings. Both where great. But that sauce is more spicy then sweet. Just to warn you. I wish they’d lower there prices though. But I’ll definitely come back.

Walked in to pick up & stepped aside. Manager training & taking a order at the counter & did not even acknowledge me. The next customer walks in & he asked him order or pick up, just ignoring me. I brought that to his attention and he & the customer, who just stepped up knowing i was there before him, made a comment ‘they just don’t know..I just gotta stay professional’. Like MY time is not valuable! Ugh.
