Food was hot and ready. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was on point! Staff was friendly and helpful. Seasoned fries were crisp and hot. A hidden gem here in hurst. Come enjoy great food!

I went to this location about 9pm on a weekday and was told I couldn’t get a burger due to them turning the grill off because “ they didn’t expect to get anymore burger orders” I could have seen if it was like 10:30pm or so but a whole 2hrs. The lady was kind of rude and showed no way to fix the issue. I was a paying customer and she could have offered me an alternative option or future option but instead she sat there and shrug her shoulders and was more happy I left without ordering anything.

I did not receive the product as ordered and the issue was never resolved.
My order included a bacon cheeseburger that arrived without bacon and large potato wedges that were significantly under-portioned. I contacted customer support promptly and provided my order number when requested.
Although the issue was acknowledged, no refund, credit, or replacement was issued, and I received no follow-up despite allowing ample time for resolution. The lack of response ultimately required me to pursue a dispute through my financial institution.
Under basic consumer standards, customers should receive either the product paid for or a timely remedy when an order is incorrect. Neither occurred in this case.
I’m disappointed not only by the order error, but by the failure to resolve it after contact was made.

The store responded to this review stating the issue would be escalated. I provided the requested order number on January 16 but never received any follow-up, refund, or credit. I would still appreciate a proper resolution.

The staff is SO lovely. Jenna with the dirty blonde hair and Nikki the manager are AMAZING every time! I appreciate them so much, they make every quick visit so nice and friendly, talkative. Thank you ladies and staff

Sadly 3/4 takeout orders i have placed at this establishment recently were missing items that i ordered and were clearly marked on the receipt. In hindsight i should allways be checking my order before leaving the resturant, but a simple quality check on y’all’s part would go a long way. When i called they did offer to make it up if i came back to the location though.

I called and was put on hold. Waited for her to come back a minute later. She ask me what I wanted to order and as I proceeded to tell her and ask a question about bundles. She said we don’t take orders over the phone, it’s either online or walk-ins. We like their wings but it is ALWAYS bad service with them. Maybe more or better management would help! Not the first time but because we like the wings we keep going back for the torture.

Sadly, we ordered a set of 30 boneless wings and only received 24 boneless wings in that box. We also had ordered a box of 20 boneless wings but did receive the proper amount in that box. We were disappointed that our ordered was not fully fulfilled.
I thought the fries weren’t soggy, which was nice. They weren’t warm, but I did enjoy them still.
Overall, our experience was quite tainted by not receiving our full order. I would not recommend and to just go to a full service location.
