I visited the Rowlett Buffalo Wild Wings location for the first time and was disappointed with my order. I ordered a 3-piece and a 5-piece tender meal, but instead of receiving full chicken tenders, I was given what looked like cut-up slivers of chicken breast. This has never been my experience at other Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations. I’ve attached photos for reference. Hoping this was just an off day, but it was definitely not the quality I’ve come to expect. Most likely won’t be coming back.

I went with the burgers today and it’s amazing that they actually look like the picture.
Burgers were delicious. The fries were amazing. I think they could’ve been a little more generous with the fries.

The BW Go is closer than the Garland location, I like it. Staff is very friendly and very professional. The waiting/ dining tables is great and they even have a big screen showing your order status. I did tell the cashier it was for here, but it was packed to go. The fries were very crisp and seasoned. While the inside is pretty basic and music playing, I just wish they would have a tv for watching a game or the trivia game as you wait for your order.

I want to recognize Chloe. Last Veterans Day she worked completely by herself while the place was packed with veterans, and she still kept a positive attitude and great customer service. I was happy to come back this year and see her still there, now with 2 other employs. Employees like Chloe make a real difference. Truly appreciated.

Newly opened and conveniently located. Staff was friendly, service for descent. They are mostly for to go orders, however they also have few seats in the lobby if you like to dine in. Happy to have Buffalo Wild Wings in the neighborhood. Will come back again!

Sabrina is absolutely rude and unaware of the policies and pricing. I placed an online order and called to make adjustments. I was told it was impossible so I requested for my order to be cancelled. When I arrived inside to get proof the order cancellation she had to call her GM to get my proof. I then placed another order with the adjustments I requested over the phone and the price ended up being the same price with a .1 cent difference. When I tried to show her my original receipt on my phone from my online order and ask why I had to cancel my order if the price was the same she responded “Don’t talk to me like that!” I asked her a valid question. She got upset because she couldn’t answer a simple question, awful customer service and lack of conflict resolution. Here is proof of my original orders price along with the receipt of my new order! Her being rude because I asked a simple question is unacceptable! Won’t be returning to this location!
