Another typical poorly ran Hastings restaurant. We have been very patient with this location as we know it always takes time to sort things out when they get started. However it seems like they have sunk towards mediocrity and laziness. The attached picture is what I received after we had already drove back to the restaurant and had our order replaced which was essentially 10 barely drizzled wings that were mostly plain and cold. We only live down the road so the order was not sitting in their pickup window longer than 5 minutes, which means they were serving us already made old food. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our concern, but it’s clear there is no quality control or consistency in the product here…Another one to cross off the list in Hastings.

Absolutely disgusting. Overcooked skinny wings. Almost no flavor on the dry rub. However the worst part was that at least 10 of my 15 wings still had feathers on them.

Our first time finally trying them the boneless wings tasted like they sat in a warmer all day or way over cooked. The fries were the only thing that was decently cooked. Service was great and seating was good for waiting.

Great addition to the food options in Hastings. Had to wait about 20 minutes but the wings were hot and fresh when I got home to enjoy the football game. Like anything when it’s new getting the kinks worked out. I will definitely be back!

Had the boneless and mozzarella sticks and it was cold and the boneless were hard that my dogs had a hard time eating it. You lost yourself a customer. Don’t waste your money on this place it won’t be in Hastings long if they keep making food like this.

Got food on Sunday night, it took over two hours to get two orders or traditional wings. Got home and the wings were Ice cold, fries were warm. Ended up heating them up and ate them anyway just to wake up Monday morning puking my guts up. Will never eat here again.

WOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST TIME EVER TRYING BWW’s. I tried to order on the app, it didn’t work. I tried to order on the website, it didnt work. After 3 attempts someone finally answered the phone and I told them what I was ordering on the app. The price was way different like $11 more for 20 boneless wings & fries. I explained it to the guy on the phone that neither would process my payment, an error code came up and he got rude about SOO I will never be trying BWW’s.
GET COURTEOUS WORKERS would be a good start.

UPDATE: Corporate is terrible. Had to file a dispute with my bank
If I could give no stars I would. Waited an hour and never got my food. Requested a refund and it’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten it. But also when they “refunded” they kept the tip lol. I’ve contacted the corporate office. Hopefully I get somewhere with them. If not I hope the owner sees this and makes it right. Like please don’t make me come into your establishment to demand my $40 back.

Wings mediocre. Employees more interested in their phones and chit chatting. Better wings at a better price at most any bar here in Hastings. Hastings needs better places to eat, this is not the place. Very disappointing all around.
