We just had our first order from this new establishment. Everything was just how we like our wings. Also a shout out to the boxing of the wings and tater tops. Cardboard with venting to prevent steaming. They were still hot enuf to drive home and eat. We have a new wing staff. The staff was very helpful too. With smiles

Absolutely terrible service experience with this location. I was hosting a party and placed a large online order for delivery, but was given someone else’s order.
They partner with Door Dash for all their delivery orders and blamed the driver for the mix up; however, they could not resend the food and my only options were to come in and pick up the food or receive a refund from the general manager at a later time.
After a few days of calling and trying to catch the GM to process my refund (which doesn’t make sense and if that’s a true BWW policy, seems like a major gap in process) I find out that the he is on leave and won’t be available for another 2 weeks. At this point, this entire situation feels very sketchy so I just opt to drive to the store and have them remake my order.
I placed the order at 2:04PM to be ready for 5:30PM pick up. When I get to the store at 5:35PM, the cashier informed me that they were still making it and it’s not ready. I’m waiting for ~20 min and ask for a status update just to find out that they have not even started my food order yet. A food order, that was called in at 2:00, supposed to be ready at 5:30, wasn’t even being made until 6:00.
It wasn’t until a new employee (great guy- shoutout to Deangelo) came in for his shift at 6:00PM and completed my order within 10 minutes.
The lady at the register (same person who I spoke with on the phone to submit the order) didn’t care at all. She was rude, lied to me by telling me that they were wrapping up my order when I came in at 5:35 and then blamed the dinner rush on the wait time when I asked about the status.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience with this place was so horrible that I needed to share.

Seneca the general manager is very polite & friendly. If you’re looking for fast affordable food service & fresh hot crispy wings this is your go to place! The space is also very clean & theres 3 medium sized tables for eating. I ordered the pick 6 (2 entrees, 2 sides & 2 drinks) for $19.99 for me & my son it was so filling we had left overs to take home.

Jasmine was a very nice cashier! Very helpful and accommodating especially since most cashiers are rude but she was amazing! The place looks better than the bdubs in melrose park for sure! The staff was working their butts off in back as I can see they weren’t playing around about making my food right! 10/10 better than Wingstop across the street.

Jasmine and D’Angelo were amazing! As soon as I walked in, they greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet, and they kindly told me to take my time. They also made sure I got my Buffalo Wild Wings points, which I really appreciated. Both of them were super nice, had great smiles, and provided excellent customer service.
