I decided to give this Buffalo Wild Wings location another chance to see if anything had improved, but it was still a disappointing experience. Several wings were cold and not fresh, while others were warm, showing poor consistency and quality control.
It shouldn’t be hard to toss and serve wings properly, yet the guys in the kitchen continue to miss the basics. On top of that, the way the food was handled didn’t seem sanitary at all, which is unacceptable. After these experiences, I’m honestly traumatized when it comes to eating food from this location.
This place is giving Buffalo Wild Wings a bad name. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to focus on cleanliness, kitchen standards, and overall food quality. I’d recommend choosing a different location.

Don’t go here, make the trip to Orland Park or Tinley if you want BWW. Ordered on line, was missing food from my order and when I called I was told that I needed to come back to get my food they forgot. The wings had barely any sauce and when I complained about that they said bring the food back if I wasn’t happy. When I did bring the food back it took several people to get me my money back. Very disorganized and lacking in customer service. Go to Wing Stop across the street, better quality, more sauce, better customer service.

I keep going back to this location due to it being so close to my house. But 3rd time I’ve had issues w/ my order is my last straw. 1st time – they didn’t put the correct sauce on my wings. 2nd time – I asked for bone in wings, got home and only had boneless & yes they charged me for bone in wings. 3rd time – went for the 6 for $20 deal, didn’t put any of the sides in my bag. Will not be wasting anymore money here. Much rather go out of my way to another location

Ordered for the first time, excited because we love bdubs wings typically. We ordered through DoorDash and the order came on time. The chicken is very low quality and Chewy, almost inedible and the sauce was so sloppy and overdone. Honestly dissatisfied and do not recommend it.

I ordered one of the burgers the guy who was making it was wearing gloves, grabbed the raw meat, cooked bacon and toasted the bun, and added the vegetables without changing gloves at all. I told them I didn’t want the burger they remade it and he gave me an ugly look.

ordered boneless wings with spicy garlic sauce. The wings showed up with NO sauce on them but in a cup on the side. Basically gave me burnt chicken nuggets. Spicy garlic isn’t the type you dip………so gross. I have never experienced this at any other location. Also forgot our sodas. Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely Disgusting and UNSANITARY!
I ordered mild wings for my daughter, but didn’t realize until we were already in the car that we were given the wrong order. My daughter had already tasted one and said it didn’t taste right. When I checked, I saw it was the wrong flavor.
I went back in to get the correct order, and what happened next was shocking. Instead of making fresh wings or even offering a refund, the employee tried to give me a different customer’s order—and get this—they had the nerve to pack up the wings my daughter had already eaten from and give them back to the original customer who had complained about a mix-up!
So not only did they mishandle orders, but they were willing to serve food that had already been opened and touched. I refused to take any food from them after that. This is beyond unacceptable and completely unsanitary. I will absolutely be calling corporate. This location needs to be inspected ASAP.

This Buffalo wild wings go need to pack it up and GOOO. I got there to pick up my order. The young lady could not find my order, and I was told maybe I didn’t order at that location. However, I got my order. My traditional barely had any sauce on them (see pic), and they were overcooked. Needless to say, I wouldn’t be back to this location. I’m going back to tinley Park location where I can get a full menu and good food.
