Customer beware!! Do not go to this location!! They will cheat you if you are not watching or ask for receipt to confirm your order & what they are charging you. They are very shady by trying to charge for dips & carrots/celery with the bundle order when it is supposed to be included. I called & spoke with the woman that overcharged me and got no where. She claims they changed their pricing but couldn’t explain why online & on menu says included. I will never go back & can only imagine how many others they have cheated!

There’s absolutely no costumer service! I did not even get to order because the rude lady asked if I had placed order online, I told her no I was going to pay cash then she told me to wait 5 minutes, Busy day there but more than 5 minutes past it was around 15, and then she refused to take my order told me to do it online! She could’ve told me from the start but didn’t. First time that I went there never Again!

Stood at the counter at 6:20 in the evening for five minutes before I saw my first employee. Had pre-ordered the food and it was already done, sitting in the warmer getting stale waiting on someone to appear. Spent more time plucking feathers out of this chicken than eating it as I stopped after one wing since this was the driest crap I’ve ever been served. See attached photo for collection of feathers.

Be careful eating here they cook there traditional wings at 10:30 am and put them in a warmer for 2 hours sometimes they don’t throw out the wings and keep using the same ones all they do is reheat your wings no one here has there food sanitation license no one washes there hands too

I had an amazing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings! I placed a large order 24 hours in advance for a big group, but I accidentally forgot to select the sauces. The morning of pickup, I called before they opened and left a voicemail explaining the situation and listing the sauces we wanted on the side.
To my surprise, they went above and beyond! Before they even opened, I received a voicemail confirming they got my message, listing the sauces I requested, and assuring me they would be included. Since I missed their call, they even sent me a text with the same confirmation—such great attention to detail!
When we picked up our order, everything was perfect. There was plenty of sauce for everyone, the food was delicious, and the pickup process was quick and seamless. To top it all off, I received a follow-up text later that day checking to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with our order.
This was such an outstanding customer service experience, and my team was beyond happy with the food. We will definitely be back!

This place used to be good when they first opened. Food and service is now rushed with wings being burnt or undercooked. Fries being too salty. Restaurant is always filthy.
