I visited your store today after seeing a deal advertised in the window for $16.99. When I asked about it, the employee told me I would need to order online to get that price, since it’s higher in-store. However, when I went online to place the order, the price was actually $17.99 — even without adding any extra sauces or items.
This is misleading and feels like false advertising. The price displayed in your window should match what’s available online, or your team should honor the advertised amount. It ended up being a waste of my time, and I hope this issue can be corrected so other customers don’t have the same experience. I come here all the time. Portillo’s is not far off of Lake Cook and Pfingsten I will just go there moving forward.

AVOID. I placed a small pickup order yesterday afternoon in advance of the Super Bowl. Uber Eats estimated it would be ready an hour later. When I arrived the place was mobbed with confused and angry customers. Nobody was staffing the pickup area and one clueless young woman was manning the register. After 15 minutes in line, I was able to speak to the cashier, who looked several times to find my order in the system and claimed she couldn’t find it. I showed her the app which clearly showed my order and the correct location. She finally got her “manager” in charge who was just as rude an unhelpful. I asked if my order was ready and she just unapologetically said “No, and I don’t expect it to be for a very long time”. No “sorry”. No ETA. Just tough luck. Ok, so I asked her for a refund, which she begrudgingly started to process. After 5 minutes, she printed off a receipt, handed it to me, and walked away without saying a word. I looked at the receipt, which showed a $68 refund on my $85 order. When I asked her where the rest of my refund was she told me I’d have to call tomorrow and speak with the owner. When I tried calling today I couldn’t get a single person on the phone. Fortunately I was able to report this entire incident to UberEats, which fully refunded me.
I completely understand that the Super Bowl is a very busy and stressful day for wing restaurants. But also the restaurants should know that and prepare/staff accordingly. I have never seen such incompetence before and I gladly was able to get Wingstop in Wheeling delivered instead.

Ordered takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings and it was on point. The wings were crispy, saucy, and still hot when I got home. Everything was packed well and the order was accurate. Quick pickup and friendly service. Definitely a solid go to for takeout.

Went in one night after no answer on the phone for an hour of trying to call, went in and made an order, the employee taking my order was extremely rude to begin with. When I got my order, I ordered 6 separate orders of wings and food and was only given 3 ranch dips. The employee Fate then argued with me that he was going to have to charge me for 3 more. I’ve never had this issue before and he went as far as to call the manager about it to prove his point lol needless to say, I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

I personally really like the GO locations. You don’t have to wait around for the workers to bring out your food, it’s very efficient. You also aren’t constantly stepping out of the way for other guests coming in to dine. Much better experience than the normal BWW locations.
