Tried a ‘GO’ location for the first time. I placed an online order and drove to pick it up. Unfortunately, there was an empty car blocking the drive-thru lane, which seemed odd. So I walked inside and picked up the food. The food itself was decent, although the wings didn’t have enough sauce. 11/30/25 11:15pm. The girl at the counter gave me such a dirty look when I walked in that I almost wanted to walk right back out. I gave her my order and had some questions and she kept saying “idk we’re closing soon” what great customer service! If I acted like this at my job I would be fired immediately.

Ordered some traditional wings online to watch Sunday night football. I called to get the wings extra wet and well done. Even though they don’t offer those services. Jasmine accommodated me and did not disappoint. The wings were cooked to perfection. I’ve always had a good experience here, but this one tops them all.

I come here regularly. I might be slightly addicted to their wings. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile from all the staff. I’ve even gotten to know the manager Lee. She always greets me by name and makes it a great experience!

Sauce that doesn’t even cover the entire chicken breast and is sloppily thrown on the top bun. Also didn’t taste the same as other BWW’s.

Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because they put the sandwich together and at-least attempted to put sauce on the sandwich.
Also not sure whats up with the 99 cent take out fee that was just randomly implemented by BWW.
I’m spending my time and gas to get there and back… what is BWW doing extra to justify a fee for ordering takeout?
What a joke, just more companies looking to use covid and staff shortages as an excuse to implement extra “service” fees that don’t even go back to staffs pockets (besides the owner).

So this is my 3rd time back in 4 days and I’m absolutely blown away not only was the food absolutely delicious the wait was less than 5 mins! Every staff member was very pleasant and respectful and I will enjoy returning to this location!
