Really disappointed. I’m usually the person that writes positive reviews and saves bad reviews for really bad… that being said, if I wanted plain chicken nuggets, I would’ve ordered from McDonald’s drive thru. Parmesan garlic wings had almost no sauce, as you can see. When my boyfriend picked them up he shared that there was a lot of screaming inside the establishment. All in all, not interested in ordering again.

Walked in the Employeds were amazing. Our food was spot on. Nice and hot when we arrived home. Diffently going bake. We had spicy chicken tenders,steak fries yummy and onion rings.

I stopped in for lunch with my husband and left extremely disappointed. After paying for my order, I was later told the stove wasn’t working and the food wasn’t ready. While waiting, I noticed employees behind the stove attempting to fix it without wearing gloves. They then continued handling food without washing their hands, which raised serious health and safety concerns.
When I requested a refund, I was told the store could not process it because I paid with a credit card. Instead, I would need to wait for corporate to issue the refund. This not only caused an inconvenience but also showed a lack of proper customer service procedures.
Between the faulty equipment, unsanitary practices, and inability to provide an immediate refund, this experience was unacceptable, especially for a newly opened location. I hope management addresses these issues quickly, as food safety and customer trust should be top priorities. At this time, I would not recommend this location until significant improvements are made.

Me and my fiancé wanted to treat ourselves by ordering out and having wings. We ordered online for pick up— order said it’d be ready by 6:05, we arrive at 6:10ish. Boy were the times WRONG. We got there and they told us that it’s on the way, but looked like the employees were dragging their feet and there was no sense of urgency. While waiting multiple customers were coming back stating their food was cold or was missing items in their order. If this doesn’t turn you off I don’t know. My fiancé was talking to the staff trying to get an ETA on our order and they are straight ignoring him. After waiting 30 MINUTES past our ready time, we realized after we got home that sauces and veggies were missing along with half our order being cold. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I am never to leave bad reviews but this left a bad taste in my mouth and others should be made aware.

Don’t go here. They forgot most of our sauces, forgot our vegetables, the wings were hardly coated in sauce, and everything was cold. Seems like they’re careless with orders since it’s just take out. Unfortunately we ended up throwing most of our meal away.

Needs more staff. Order ahead about 45min prior to arriving. Order at 3pm and arrive at 3:55pm for pickup and food still wasn’t ready. When I arrive there was only one person cooking and prepping all the food that other people are also ordering. When I got home and actually ate the chicken wings, they were dry as hell. I waited for some dry chicken SMH. If you are looking for buffalo wild wings, do yourself a favor and go to crystal or some where else. This place is not it.

We ordered online and came in when we were told the food would be ready. It was clear they hadn’t even started yet and we waited over 20 more minutes for them to still forget the veggies and sauces that we had ordered. There were many ordered after us too and the workers showed zero urgency. If you are choosing this spot for it’s speed and convenience, I strongly urge you to choose somewhere else. Also, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. It’s cold and the music they play over the speaker clashes with the music the workers were listening to on their own speaker.

My wife placed an online order on 7/13/25 at 7:14pm. Got the email notification stating food will be ready by 7:30pm. We get there and food was not ready by that time. 5 minutes of waiting turned to 15 minutes and then 30 minutes and then 60 minutes! Yes, you read that right. Our order wasn’t even that big. It was only a $27 order. It wasn’t just our order but everyone’s order was delayed by a lot. It also seemed like they were only working on smaller orders 1st. One customer even wanted to cancel and get a refund but was told by the lead employee that he couldn’t and that only a manager could. You could hear the employees complain and were listening to vulgar music. After confronting the employee, he was disrespectful and yelled at me. He didn’t want to give us their name. This will be our 1st and last time here. We will be contacting corporate and the store manager tomorrow for a refund. To top it off, our order was made incorrectly. So if you do order from here, expect long wait times and disrespectful employees. Also bathroom was disgusting.

Ordered at 11:55am for pick up at 12:30 on a Thursday. Their peak day. I arrived at 12:25pm. I sat until 12:55pm awaiting my order. There were numerous escalated orders for people also in a rush that also had orders at 12:30. I left at 12:55 without my food because they were not prepared and rushed the escalated orders instead. I called them later for a refund but am advised it’ll take 3-5 days for my refund to appear in my account. Still lost my free order of birthday wings regardless. They were very polite but unpredictable for their peak period. Doordash/UberEats will not check to make sure the order is correct based on prior attemptstoorder here. My recommendation is to use a different location.
