I ordered online. Store called to tell me they were out of a sauce flavor that I had ordered. I asked that they replaced it with honey BBQ. I had already ordered Honey Bbq so they should have added it to the total. Instead I got 1/2 Golden Fire which is just buffalo with a strong mustard flavor. I actually like mustard, but it was so strong that it tasted like straight up red djion mustard. When I called she stated that he was in training. But refused to make it right in any way. First time ordering from this new location, and I am very disappointed. The 15 boneless wings we ordered were supposed to be lemon pepper dry rub, mind, and buffalo. We received 15 honey bbq instead. Also a side of onion rings is $8, and they gave us a very small amount. Not worth $8. Super disappointing as this is close to our house.

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a great spot for good food and good vibes! The wings are perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and juicy inside — with an amazing variety of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The atmosphere is energetic, especially on game nights, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Drinks are always cold, and the service is quick. Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints!

First time at the “Go”. My friend went once before and was disappointed because he boneless wings were gobbed in so much sauce she couldn’t taste the chicken. Reluctantly she went again with me. WHAT A MISTAKE! I got a chicken sandwich bundle with fries, soda and an order of onion rings. They forgot the fries and the amount of onion rings was ridiculous for $7. My friend ordered 6 traditional wings this time sauce on the side. In reality you only get 3 wings because they count each half as one. This experience was a huge waste of money. I will not go again and do not recommend going unless you want to throw your money away.

We ordered a 6 PC. of 1 kind meal and a 10 PC. of another which has 5 of two different flavors. The bill was $54+ and this is before anything was prepared. We questioned the cost and he had a 10 pc.of one flavor and 10 of another. We told him that we ordered a 10 PC. With two different flavors not 10 of each. He told us that this is what we’re getting because it’s the 2nd day of being open and he can’t cancel anything in the system. So we were stuck with $54+ worth of wings, fries and drinks. The food was excellent, bit we’re not sure we’re going back.

There’s a slight language barrier. I ordered at 5:45pm for pickup at 6:00pm, mindful that this is dinner rush. Got there at 6:05pm, greeted cashier and said I had an order pickup & showed him the order confirmation on my phone. He asked for my name, I said it, and pointed at my phone screen. He stepped away briefly, came back with someone else’s order and completely ignored me. I stood aside for 25 mins as people were coming in and out to grab & go. Went up and asked for an update, showed him my phone screen. He took a quick scan & said “Oh, okay,” & went to grab someone else. Other worker stepped up, looked at my order confirmation, and grabbed my order behind the counter and handed it to me. I waited almost 40 mins total, and it was sitting right there the entire time. Abysmal.
