Then I pick my food up and get home and half of my order is missing. We called to tell them and they act like they didn’t know how to handle this situation. Then they said they would redo what’s missing when the whole order should of been redone because what we did get is cold from waiting. We get there and still have to wait for our missing order then they act like they cant read a receipt to see what was missing. Then the second remade order of what was missing was wrong AGAIN. This is ridiculous. Let’s not even talk about the employees there. We will not make a mistake of trying to order here a 3rd time. Instead we will go to a real buffalo wild Wings and eat in. Never again. Super disappointed .
While waiting, I noticed multiple DoorDash orders being completed and sent out before mine. It felt unfair that third-party delivery orders were prioritized over customers who ordered directly through the app for pickup.
On top of that, there was no one at the cashier counter when I arrived. I stood there for about 15 minutes before anyone even asked if I had been helped. That added to the frustration, especially since my order was already delayed.
I understand places get busy, but a 32-minute delay past the scheduled pickup time, combined with the lack of customer attention, made for a disappointing experience. I hope management can improve how they balance order priority and front counter service.
