Ordered online delivery and didn’t receive all of my items even though the store said they sent them with the delivery driver. I did go to the store and the manager was very nice and replaced my missing items with no problem as he had a lot of customers already waiting. Very much appreciated.

The slowest service I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been here more than few times. Tonight I ordered a 20pc bone in special through the app as I always do. I received a full tray of boneless wings instead . Not sure if they ran out of traditional but it would’ve been nice if I was informed. Hopefully they can improve on service. I guess I’ll try again later..

I ordered the food 7:25 I got there to get the food at 7:32 and though I am appreciative of the fast service my food was cold fries and wings and they fried my chicken so hard which I didn’t ask for I thought my tooth was going to break chewing

The GM here is WONDERFUL and very professional keeps the atmosphere clean and welcoming , and she always makes conversation even if its just a welcome in when they are busy! The food is hot and fresh and everytime I’ve came its been a great experience!

I am redoing my review on this place because I ordered again and they said they dont deliver when my last order they delivered it.
Then I pick my food up and get home and half of my order is missing. We called to tell them and they act like they didn’t know how to handle this situation. Then they said they would redo what’s missing when the whole order should of been redone because what we did get is cold from waiting. We get there and still have to wait for our missing order then they act like they cant read a receipt to see what was missing. Then the second remade order of what was missing was wrong AGAIN. This is ridiculous. Let’s not even talk about the employees there. We will not make a mistake of trying to order here a 3rd time. Instead we will go to a real buffalo wild Wings and eat in. Never again. Super disappointed .

Ordering on Super Bowl Sunday was incredibly disorganized. The pickup timing on the website was off by over an hour. I wouldn’t mind waiting at home for a later pickup but being told my food would be ready at 6:10 and it still not being ready at 7:10 is a bit absurd. No fault of the staff. This is clearly a high level mismanagement issue.

I’m giving 2 stars because I was really disappointed with how orders are handled. I placed an order ahead of time through the app for a 9:00 PM pickup since I had a gathering planned. Unfortunately, my order wasn’t ready until 9:32 PM.

While waiting, I noticed multiple DoorDash orders being completed and sent out before mine. It felt unfair that third-party delivery orders were prioritized over customers who ordered directly through the app for pickup.

On top of that, there was no one at the cashier counter when I arrived. I stood there for about 15 minutes before anyone even asked if I had been helped. That added to the frustration, especially since my order was already delayed.

I understand places get busy, but a 32-minute delay past the scheduled pickup time, combined with the lack of customer attention, made for a disappointing experience. I hope management can improve how they balance order priority and front counter service.
