After the snow storm they were one of the few places open. There was only one worker and she was on it. I ordered via doordash and someone named vicky stole my food after picking it up. I then redid the order and it was 8 minutes before closing. I called and spoke to an employee and she was so kind and still made the food. The food was made well and was delicious. Whoever was the employee there 1/26/26 deserves praise. Well done and thank you!

I placed an order to have food for the super bowl for my husband and myself. There was a long wait which I understand. They were supposed to have called if it was done early which they did not do. Okay I get it on a this day. I get home and the wings had no meat just skin. You could tell the food had been done for a while. They were nice but I will not go back. I was hoping we a a good new place in Mooresville.

Showed up for my take out order and there 20 orders ahead of me and the girl said it would be at least another 30mins but I could cancel online. Except there was no way to cancel. And it shows completed in the app. Another staff member rudely said “there’s nothing we can do she’s gotta call customer service!” So I got no food and no refund. Oh by the way, I called customer service and they hung up on me 4 times. Super shitty, don’t waste your time or money.

**EDIT: 3 weeks and 5 phone calls later, I’m still waiting for the refund they promised on January 10th. I would be very hesitant to ever go here again.** We ordered Friday evening and it was an awful experience. It took 2 hours to get our food. BUT when I called the next day, the girl was so kind and did everything she could to make it better. Because of that, I’ll be giving them a chance again. They’re new and maybe didn’t realize just how popular they would be here. The food quality has never been an issue for us. It’s always good.

I wish I could leave 1-star. This was an awful experience to say the least. We waited over 20 minutes when our order was supposed to be complete. The food was cold and we also were missing our sides that we had ordered. The store was also out of the drinks we selected. This place is awful and there is a girl in the kitchen with the worst attitude to anyone that walks in.

Ordered off the app and got someone elses order. Tried to call the store and could not get anyone to answer. My husband went up to get the food and the guy at the desk handed him the food and my husband was like its gonna be cold now its been sitting over 45 min. The kid said no it hasn’t and walked to the back and wouldn’t come back out.
We get the food home and yes cold but not only that it’s wrong again. Lol No one at the store will help and im out 40 bucks and no food.

I thought this was good thing for Mooresville but I am not waiting an 1 hr for boneless wings that was ridiculous. I will not waste my time on this place again. Goodluck bw3 in mooresville maybe the service will get turn around.
