Seriously? Wings smaller than my pinky. Ordered 20 and only got 19 at that. Ordered two lg wedges with it and one of them came out as a small. This is not $30 worth of food. I come here AT LEAST once a week. I’m done with this location. It’s only good when the manager is on shift.

UPDATE: Decided to try this again since my s/o loves this place. It was on time, hot, and the food was good. Had a really good experience this time. Wanted to give them their credit.
Waited over 30 minutes the first time then nearly 2 hours the second time, poor customer service, and the food was dry, cold, and inedible. Still haven’t received my refunds and it’s been over nearly 2 weeks. The only thing I can say positive is that the store was clean. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have no clue who is working tonight and cooked my order but bravo thank you so much! I’m very pregnant and was craving wings. This was the most perfect DoorDash/ Buffalo Wild Wings order I’ve ever received. Who ever it was pls have them train the teams going forward!!! I’m going to leave a review on DoorDash as well.
The wings were cooked perfectly, sauced perfectly, wedges were still warm not too hard not to soft, and the burger was perfect as well!

I’ve gotta say, picking up food from Buffalo Wild Wings is always a totally different experience depending on who’s managing and when Troy’s running the show, it’s AMAZING. You can literally feel the difference the moment you walk in for a to-go order. Troy is on top of everything, super friendly, and makes the whole pickup process smooth and stress-free. My orders are always ready on time, correct, and the staff just seems happier and more on the ball. It makes grabbing takeout actually enjoyable.
But wow, you can definitely tell when there’s a different manager. When Josh is working, the vibe is just… off. The atmosphere feels kind of chaotic, the energy drops, and the whole pickup process doesn’t feel as put-together. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not the same level of service or attitude you get when Troy’s running things.
Honestly, Troy makes all the difference. When he’s there, I already know my to-go order experience is going to be smooth and positive every time.

Where do I start ??? Customer service terrible . I didn’t receive all of my food my order was wrong I ordered and paid online. The gal at register was very RUDE I asked that the chicken be well done it was very slimy the cashier proceeded to tell me I had to specify xtra xtra well done and she could put them back in the grease. Never mind half of my order was missing. At this point I just got off of a 12hr shift had both my young children with me there was already several other people waiting so I asked for a refund the girl said she wasn’t giving me a refund told me to leave because I didn’t want the food so the police were called because I was black . I will never patronize this business again. I will file a complaint with corporate and Springfield Township police.

The workers are almost always very rude. Can’t even ask a simple question without feeling reprimanded. It’s a shame because the food is good and it’s typically quick, but the workers need to be re-trained to know how to deal with the public respectively.
