My last experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings AWFUL.
Decided to try again with and am glad I did. Everyone was super nice, even got a phone call to say they were out of a sauce, and had it ready before I got there.

Food is fine. It’s what you expect from any buffalo wild wings. However today my second time getting food here, there was short thin little dog/cat hairs in my wrap. Whoever they have making the food today needs a lint roller for secret Santa. ♀️

I live a block from the Baxter Avenue Louisville Kentucky BW to go restaurant. The service tonight February 24th was horrible. Very rude person at the terminal. Refused to answer my questions, however she didn’t seem to want to. Seems like staff changes often.
