Ordered spicy garlic and Nashville hot. Sauces were ok. Not very flavorful. Sauce-wise, nothing sets this place apart anymore. Wings were pretty small as you can see. Not much meat on the bones. $10 for 6 wings… Buffalo Wild Wings used to be great.

My daughter order almost $30 worth of food, when she received it the wings was dry no sauce and fries hard as a rock. Called to have order fixed was told maybe the sauce dried up on the wings after a back and forth with the rude lady on the phone. Next day I took all the food back talked with a manager she said her name was Yaya(black lady with locks) she said she will put the refund in herself and it should take 5-7 days, 11days later no refund and when I call the store to talk to her we keep getting the run around from her and other employees. Not only did my daughter not get her food cause it was returned and thrown in the trash by the manager but Yolanda refused to return her money that she said she will return. Isn’t this stealing?

I just had the absolute worst service by Kierra at this store. We did not even leave the parking lot when we noticed the fries had the wrong seasonings on them and were cold. Initially my husband went to get the correct seasonings and she said it would be $1 which is insane. I went in and asked for fresh fries because they were also cold. She had the nastiest attitude I have ever received. I clarified that she would prefer to go through this entire horrible customer service interaction than to just provide the seasoning requested. She said yes. Asked for a manager no manager available. My husband came in and she got extremely disrespectful saying we were making things up. If Kierra doesnt like customer service she shouldn’t work in a customer service role. No training will help that nasty attitude. A simple request has turned into one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I will make sure to let everyone know not to come to this business.

I cannot believe we paid darn near $12 for six ‘boneless’ wings that are smaller than McDonald nuggets!
Never again. What a freaking rip-off and now I’m stuck cooking for my kid.

I like the location of this Buffalo Wild Wings. The customer service is always excellent! I love the screen with your name and the way they have pick up. It’s very convenient!! I just haven’t found my favorite sauce yet. I’ve tried a couple of different kinds, and it’s still not quite what I’m looking for. But I’ll keep trying until I find “my sauce”.

I came here for Veterans Day. I was met with a rude girl that stated that Veterans were taking all their inventory today and that they would only be doing 50% off, instead of free, due to that. I stated to her that veterans lay their lives down to serve and sacrifice for this country and that they should be celebrated and honored today and not be looked upon as liabilities. The rude worker still insisted that veterans were ruining their inventory. I told her never mind and that I didn’t even want the 50% off because her attitude towards those that serve was horrible and disrespectful. On my way out, she told me she didn’t care and I responded with some choice words of my own. Do not support this business that can care less about our service members. Disgusting and disappointing service, if you can call it that. I wish I could leave zero stars. The rude worker needs an etiquette class and needs to learn how to conduct herself as a lady. I will be contacting their GM in the morning.

I just had dinner after picking up from here and it was a PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE (from beginning to end), so I’m shocked to see such horrific reviews? My wife and I ordered online with gift cards and it was EASY (and it never is)! Then upon arrival, my food was sitting there hot and fresh with all the correct sauces. When I arrived home to eat the wings they were sauced all over (just like I like them), tasty and huge. This may have been the best wings I’ve ever had from Buffalo Wild Wings. The whole experience was a 10/10 for us!

A lady with blonde locs and is on the bigger side was so disrespectful to me I walked in with a nice attitude and said hi and everything and when I started telling her what I wanted she interrupted me and rudely asked for my name didn’t really care much for it cool, then I pay for my stuff and I go sit down ten minutes later literally this women proceeds to say ma’am here you go but didn’t have no issue calling out my boyfriends name… idk if it’s jealousy or what but there’s no need for you to work in customer service if you gonna pick and choose who u want to be nice too work on that attitude next time.

I ordered online it was not available. I had to go to the store to use my deal for online and then when I finally ordered. The Young lady that worked there was Hella rude it took about 40 minutes to get my food. I checked my food before I left. They messed up my food the first time. I ordered traditional wings and they gave me boneless so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes and my food was rushed. I get home and my sauces for my wings are incorrect and wrong. I worked at Buffalo wild wings for six years as a Kitchen Manager and for a Monday night they were busy. They assumed that they were gonna be slow so they were spinning wings in a sandwich bag instead of using their containers that they spin wings in all the containers were all clean like they were ready to go. They were about 5 to 6 people waiting for their order after I left. If you want wings and wanna wait an hour, Buffalo wild wings at Tucker is your store and you’re food might be incorrect as well I normally don’t give out reviews, but I thought this restaurant deserved a bad review. The only reason why it got two stars is because the wings were decent and I didn’t have enough energy to go back there with my second mistake on my order your staff at that Store needs to do better. I’ve worked in at Buffalo wild wings for six years as a manager and that tonight was unacceptable I would’ve fired someone!! YALL NEED TO DO BETTER PERIOD!! Customer Service and hospitality was horrible

I eat here often and everything is usually good but the slim young lady working the register gave me the worst experience she was extremely rude to me and other customers she was visibly irritated when customers asked her basic questions rolling her eyes, sucking teeth, and cutting them off in the middle of their questions you can tell she hates her job.The food was bad the wings came out cold and hard and still tasted burnt even tho they look fine… they refried them too many times. Barely any sauce cold hard crunchy wings and soggy wedges.
