Reviews
First as a customer I have done takeout for home and for business meetings over 15 times over the past 2 years. All the orders were great and with the current GM Eric, the food has been most exceptional the past few months.
Eric is fortunate to an excellent long term employee in Asst Mgr. Charnise, and an Asst Mgr. Michaela, who does an outstanding job in kitchen quality and customer service. Both individuals have excellent customer interaction skills in top tier of Forsyth County, and they both make you feel like family.
They strive for order accuracy and a great tasting product. The only critique I can provide for improvement at BWW is adding more sauce to boneless orders to go, as the breading absorbs most of the sauce in travel time home. Also, I prefer the previous store hand breaded chicken sandwich as opposed to the pre breaded current version. They have incredible flavor choices, with Parmesan Garlic Boneless Wings, large juice pieces, real standout and rare flavor to enjoy only at BWW, and expertly prepared by Charnise as pictured in the review.
Despite the name wings in this restaurant’s name, another spectacular item is the Bacon Cheeseburger, a real premium item and at a premium price, but worth every cent paid. Look in the review at the picture of this monster burger prepared above perfection by Michaela.
In regards to the second area of third party delivery, BWW GO ranks amongst the best in Forsyth of having the order available quickly and using great packaging with safety seal to go to the customer. And their pricing is attractive, too.
I am really puzzled by many of the adverse customer reviews and with my experience as a top tier google Local guide status with over 100,000 customer views of my review history, I wanted to provide a strong review of support for this restaurant, especially with current management and personnel in place. To be fair, if I did this review earlier in 2025 without Eric and Michaela in place, this endorsement would not be as strong as the one today.
I am permanently quitting visiting this store. next time any of you go there just go with empty cups so that she won’t charge you . It’s ridiculous and they made my kids hunger at their dinner time and made me to drive 2 extra trips to the store at 9:30 in the night.see the pictures below , that lady and her colleague lieing that all the sauce was observed or evaporated as I picked up 5 to 10 mins late.Their lie could have been better. I wish there is an option to give negative 5 rating.
When I called the store with my complaint, they agreed to redo the order and say that maybe they were understaffed then and hence missed some items.
I am not sure if I plan to order here again.
The wings are NOT buffalo sized! More like bunny size! Little meat and very dry!
When I stopped by, the experience was just plain bad. The two employees in the back were rude and unprofessional from the jump. I ordered fried pickles, and they came out undercooked—not once, but twice. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do anything because the GM wasn’t there. Seriously? No one else can issue a refund?
While waiting, I overheard the same two employees arguing with another guest and then making fun of him once he walked away. I was sitting near their employee entrance, so I could clearly hear everything. In a span of 10 minutes, I watched multiple guests have problems with their food or service. Clearly, this isn’t just a bad day—it seems like a pattern.
The only person who showed any sense of customer service was the kid at the register. He apologized, checked in on us, and gave a respectful farewell when we left. That’s about the only thing this visit had going for it.
Whoever’s managing this location really needs to step in and retrain the team. The service culture here is a mess, and if the GM is the only one empowered to fix problems, that’s a problem in itself.
