Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Huntington, WV just set the bar.
First time at a BWW GO and it was easily one of my best Buffalo Wild Wings experiences anywhere. The knowledgeable staff let me sample a few sauces, walked me through the flavor profiles (as some sauces have changed and/or no longer listed on menu), and actually knew what they were talking about. Polite, professional, and genuinely down to earth.
Speed was unreal. I don’t think it took five minutes to get my food. I’ve had bdubs coast to coast and this location is the best I’ve been to.

I absolutely love the food here, and whenever I messed up my mobile order the lady was very nice and helpful. But when I got my food and I was going home I stopped in the alley in the only Shadow there was (by the dumpster sadly) so that I can see my phone screen so I can pull up my book on audible so that I can listen to it on my walk back home. There was a little girl smoking with the door wide open so that all of her cigarette smoke was going right back into the kitchen, she saw me standing there doing something on my phone and have the nerve to go in there until the manager that I was digging through the dumpster, and they had the nerve to send someone out and rudely tell me that I can’t dig through the dumpster because there’s raw chicken in there, I said I never even touched the dumpster and that girl knew it. I’m afraid to even call and complain because if they’re willing to treat me like this 5 minutes after I spend over $50 it’s hard telling what they’ll do to my food for complaining. I’m sorry but I was in my work uniform and didn’t even look homeless. The way they are told to treat people is utterly disgusting, and I have called corporate and filed an anonymous complaint so that I know that little girl or manager won’t do anything to my food if I get food from there again.

TERRIBLE!!!! I legit found a hair in my wings!!! There was barely any sauce on the wings either, and took forever to even get our food that we placed over an hour before we got it.

Hot wings, served quickly. But for the same $13 cost for 6 wings at Buffalo Wild Wings you can go just down the road to Buddy’s and get a combo platter with 6 wings (which are bigger, btw) and a second meat (e.g., pulled pork) and TWO sides, plus hush-puppies.

Last update- We’ve ordered several orders since then and generally they are done near the time stated. I know it’s not a perfect science for time completed so it should always be taken with a grain of salt. Food has always been great and staff are always professional and helpful when needed. Adjusted back to 5
UPDATE – 2nd time we’ve ordered and not so good. Food was great and staff was again kind, professional and helpful BUT… If the business model is to-go food the time when food is done needs to be fixed. Our order according to the app was 4:10pm. It ended up ready at 4:50pm. That’s an hour after we ordered. If we ordered and it said an hour that’s fine but when it says 20 mins, customers expect that timeframe. 10 mins or so past is understandable but 40 mins past is ridiculous.
Updated overall to 3 stars. Everything else was good.
We had a decent sized order. It was ready on time. It was correct. It all tasted great. Worker working was awesome. Polite, professional and helpful. This was our first time getting an order here and we came away happy. Admittedly I was worried after reading some of these reviews but our experience was perfect. We will order again for sure!

Ordered bone in and boneless wings, cheese burger and fries everything was dry and cold the bone in wings the actual bone was even cold called the store the only resolve was to drive back for food to be remade not even an apology will not be returning terrible food terrible customer service. Also upon entering the restaurant to pick up my order I was not even acknowledged until I said something everyone was busy standing around talking amongst themselves.

They food was very good,what there is of it! Looks like they had gotten their chicken when they were babies!!! The wings have totally gotten half the size they used to be, there’s not atmosphere there, and looks like children are running the place,I don’t have an issue with children working because they should learn responsibility since it seems that what I have learned by renting an running an apartment build since 1975 for college students that the generations have gotten worse,spoiled rotten, and LAZY which in return is going to ruin our economy!! Along with our President!!
