This spot is pretty new, so everything still feels fresh and clean — love that for us. ✨ It’s spacious too, which means you don’t feel like you’re breathing down someone else’s neck while you eat. There are a few tables if you want to dine in, plus they’ve got both a drink fountain and bottled options (because sometimes you just need choices).
Now, when I ordered, I accidentally picked boneless instead of bone-in for my Pick 6 (rookie mistake, I know). I paid with a gift card and when I realized the mix-up, they didn’t make it awkward at all — just switched it out for me, no extra charge, no attitude. That’s customer service done right.
Highly recommend this location — they keep it clean, chill, and actually treat you like a human.

We love BWW, but not the store in Lebanon!!! 3 bad experiences here. My food messed up 2x, but this last time takes the cake. My son went to pick it up for me. I placed my order around 430, scheduled for 550. At 715, my food still wasn’t ready. My son asked 3x, and only on the 3rd time did they realize that my ticket was missed. Once we get the food, it’s terrible and dry. They’ve just lost a loyal customer!

First time trying new place in Quentin.. Order done in time frame given and staff was courteous.Wings tasted like they sat for awhile and double dip for a refry. Not enough sauce n the wings went from extra small to oversized n over cooked. Only got 1 flat wing in 20 wing order.

I ordered the 20/20 bundle on 02/11/2026 from this Lebanon location. While the order was ready on time, the quatily was incredibly disappointing. The clearly weren’t fresh–it felt like they were pre-cooked/sitting out and then just tossed in sauce right before I arrived. By time I got home they were tough and chewy. To make it worse, the Garlic Parmesan sauce was a total miss. There zero garlic or Parmesan flavor; it tasted almost entirely like lemon juice. I paid for 40 wings that where barley edible. Very dissatisfied and won’t be rushing back this “GO” location.

Pre-ordered bdubs for the Super Bowl. When picking up they were woefully unprepared and advised the order would take another hour. While I can understand it’s a busy time, the purpose of this restaurant is to provide wings on the “Go”. Also, this is literally their “superbowl” and they were still unprepared. Seems to me this defeats the purpose of this site and bdubs corporate should rethink this model.
