Ordered just traditional wings and cheese curds yesterday for lunch. Selected the option for pickup asap(15mins). Order was said to be ready in 25 mins. Not that big of deal. Arrived 25 mins after ordering and saw the cheese curds done. The wings however hadn’t even been started. Waited over 35 mins in the store for the wings to be done. They have never taken that long even at the sit down restaurant and this is strictly a to go location only. 45 mins after ordering was told by the employees the wings would be right up. 1 hour and 5 minutes after placing my order the food was finally bagged and given to me. Not only did it take 300% longer than I was told, my cheese curds were done before I got there and sat on a cold stainless steel table for 40 minutes while I waited for the wings to actually be prepared and cooked. I regret tipping anything to these employees. I regret choosing this location. I will never make that mistake again. The worst service I have ever encountered. Impossible to make a complaint or get a refund as you have to call the location within 24 hrs after ordering, but saw first hand how the employees literally just ignore the ringing phone and had no luck myself getting through to these incompetent workers. Never again. Do not tip to go. Avoid this location at all costs.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experiences at your location. I am a frequent customer, often ordering through Uber Eats or by phone for pickup. Unfortunately, almost every order I place is incorrect.
On August 31 at 10 PM, I placed an order for traditional wings, all flats, with spicy garlic sauce. What I received was traditional wings with both drums and flats, and no sauce at all. Not only was the order completely wrong, but the food was so nasty and plain that I had to throw it out, as I do not eat plain chicken. Additionally, condiments that were supposed to be included with mine and other orders were missing.
That same night, I left a voicemail requesting a call back regarding my order and a refund but never received a response. The next day, when I called the restaurant, the employee initially taking my information was interrupted by another staff member who joined the call. This individual was extremely rude, refused to provide her name, and only began apologizing after I pointed out how unprofessional her behavior was.
During this call, I was told that the manager would be in on September 2 and that I would receive a call back. However, no one ever contacted me. When I called back myself on September 2, I spoke with a man who was also dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, I was told “there’s no manager here.” After pressing further, I was told, “I don’t know, maybe tomorrow she opens.”
I understand mistakes happen, but the repeated incorrect orders combined with the lack of accountability and outright disrespect from employees are unacceptable. Professionalism and customer service should always be a priority, especially when a customer is bringing a concern to your attention.

#UPDATE— it’s been MORE THAN A MONTH since I followed Buffalo Wild Wings’ instructions on sending them the message through their website, and no response. — they were very quick to reach out publicly on my review and say they would make things right… however so far they have not followed through on their word. Moving this to ONE Star, awaiting their response.
Ordered Lemon Pepper wings.
Ended up with Naked Wings.
Usually we check orders before leaving, but we’re in a hurry.
Called and let them know we were coming back, asked if it could be prepared as it would take us a while to get back.
The manager was busy, the man on the phone seemed extremely bothered by the call but said it would only take 5 mins to make new ones. – when we got back to the store with our cold naked wings to return, the manager, who wouldn’t come to the phone, said they were just going to season them up.
Poor customer service all around, but especially rude manager. Had to explain that we drove home and came back and called, and our food is now cold, and we were told they would make fresh ones.
We did get fresh, seasoned wings but it was an hour and a half after originally ordering them and we had to drive back and forth from home to store to have a meal worth eating.
Repeat customer not looking forward to returning.

I have been trying to make an online order and there are zero traditional wings listed anymore so I thought why don’t I call the actual store and ask why however no one wants to answer the phone instead it just goes to voicemail. Also the website doesn’t say they are closed today so I’m confused as to why they can’t answer the phone and there isn’t a customer care number or anything to answer my one singular question. Like why do I have to do all this jump around and be ignored all because I have one single question. I love this place because they have the best sauces but today they dropped the ball hard shouldn’t be this difficult to ask one question.

If I can give no stars, I would.Every time I order from this place, I never get my delivery. I never get any updates in. The estimated time is always after they close. It never makes any sense. Then you try to call the place and they never answer the phone last time. It took me over two weeks to even get a refund after the same incident occurred. I just ordered tonight and again I have not received my order or an update. It just says my order was placed well before closing time. Highly disappointed will never order from here again.

Quick service and all and the woman went to get my food when I got there. 2 stars because the food I ordered was garbage. Boneless wings and chicken nuggets are two different things. I’ve had boneless wings at an actual BWW restaurant before and know how they look. I’ve attached a picture as reference to what I received at this location
