I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, but this has gone on far too long. Back in September, we placed a takeout order and the entire $100+ order was wrong—everything was mango habanero (not what we ordered at all) and completely inedible for my kids. I couldn’t reach the store by phone, so I contacted corporate. Since then, I’ve been told multiple times that the store would send me a gift card and call me back. It’s now months later and I’ve received nothing.
It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone at this location, and the lack of accountability is ridiculous. I’ve always been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan, but this experience shows this location does not care about its customers. Not surprised to see so many other one-star reviews saying the same thing.

Food is good. Burgers were very good. Fries were not cold but we’re not very hot. Service was very slow but it was a weekend evening and they were fairly busy

Went in yesterday on my way home from work I was actually going to family dollar and saw they were finally open seems like a cute place they have a small dining area perfect for lunch dinner I’ll stop by later today on my lunch. No paper menus which I thought was weird all the restaurants have them. They are new let them find their groove.

Ordered fried pickleS received one giant fried pickle. Ordered through uber eats I anticipated the food not being completely fresh and not hot but to receive all the pickleS stuck together and fried into one large pickle really? Very disappointing was looking forward to the fried pickleS was not enjoyable at all. Stale and hard to chew waste of money.

i went into the store and after waiting 20 minutes someone finally took my order. i went to order a burger and the lettuce looked expired. as placing my order the worker was disrespectful and had a nasty attitude. i suggest to never go this location. workers are nasty and rude . the worker andrew made my food and apologized for the wait . they need new management and workers.

Ordered from them for the first time, while my fiance was eating noticed bugs stuck to the film of the cardboard to go container. Figured it’s not their fault since they just order these until the Manager refused to give us a refund after I brought it in and showed him and said he could just remake it. But was adamant it wasn’t bugs because he touched it and I’m sure went right back to making food afterwards. Absolutely horrible service all over a problem I said I wasn’t trying to make it bigger then it was. Eat here at your own risk.
