This is the fourth time I’ve ordered from this BWW To Go, and shocker—three out of four times they couldn’t manage to include the sauces I paid for. And as a fun bonus, the food has shown up cold every single time. I even called once, and the excuse was that they were ‘too busy’ to get the order right. Service was outstanding for a new store with new employees. Ordered 88$ worth of food. Person at register said it would be 30+ mins. And it came out less than that. Would recommend with the new tallow oil. I’m not a chicle person and this tasted great. Cauliflower bites were amazing. Would mostly recommend to everyone. New regular. New place to get food late hours.

I made a purchase online directly from their website. It was not delivered for two hours. They told me that no one from DoorDash picked it up. They told me they would refund me.
They never did. I called back three times in the last few days and they basically played games and put me through hoops and claim they cannot refund me now even though they gave me a fake reference number. They put in a lot of work to avoid me getting a refund. Have ordered in the past no issues; this time they didn’t care.

I can’t believe I spent $16 on 10 of the scrawniest, toughest bone-in wings, and another $2 for celery and ranch. Their sauces are good, can’t deny that, but means nothing if the chicken is terrible. You can get better wings for less elsewhere. Glad I tried it, but will definitely not be back.

I was here at about 3:15 today. The young girl who took mu order acted like I was bothering her. I have a hearing problem and did not hear her ask for my name. I told her what I wanted and she said “I need a name! Told her my name then asked how much was the total. It came to $15.45. I gave her $20,45, she rolled her eyes and said what is the change for? I took it back, and she gave me the change, did not say thank you and gave me a dirty look as I walked away. Never coming back here again!

We stopped here after a football game and were pleasantly surprised. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or the chain changed their wings but they were HUGE! The wait was short and the woman who took our order was very friendly. This may just be one of our go to places.

Ordered for delivery thru their app, got shorted a sandwich. Bags came fully sealed so not a delivery issue. Called to get them to fix – Anthony said they would take care of it. 2.5 hours later called again to tell them not to bother and ask for a refund and again Anthony said – he would take care of it. He did not. Food was hot and decent quality but you need to go pick it up and confirm you got what you ordered. If you get it delivered – be prepared for them to screw it up and then blow you off.
