Ordered a wrap. Came with 3 small chicken bites in it. Was folded so many times each bite was mostly just layers of wrap. (See the pictures attached). Unacceptable quality. The previous time I ordered boneless wings and what I received looked like it was poured from the bottom of a frozen food bag, crumbs and tiny bits of breading.

This place was good when they opened ,but has gone downhill very fast. I’ve had 3 problems with them the one time I ordered went to get my order got home half was missing called them and had to go back, unfriendly never apologized for the inconvenience. then the last two time I ordered through Uber eats too over an hour to get food and both times the kids got ice cold food. I have however ordered in the past through a delivery service never a problem. Just the last 3 orders that were placed. Kids NOW know NO MORE BDUBS!!!!

The food was good but not great. This location was stingy with the sauces, and my wings (with sauce) were not too different from the dry rub ones. I am used to going to other BWW Restaurants that are more generous with these flavors. It is essentially what makes one wing different than the other.
Message to management – overdeliver for your customers if you want to satisfy them.

First when I arrived I was handed the wrong order. No big deal but then the sauces for my correct order were not in the bag. After waiting, finally brought the order home. Then when I got to the last wing in my six wing order, the wing had what I only hope are feathers sticking out of it. Put a complain in through the app but no response. So here’s my review and photo to show what couldn’t be quality checked from six wings before being seasoned and boxed.
Update 3/27: I did what was requested by the owner’s response to this review. I have not heard a thing since. I’ll be dropping this feathered wing I kept
I a baggy off at the location tomorrow.
Update 5/17: Still have heard nothing back. Just figured I share so you can see the empty promise they gave when they want to “make it right”.

Ordered to go, pickup tonight. Some of the wings were half sauced, the mild garlic parmesan was quite spicy, and apparently you get 3 onion rings in a regular order or maybe they messed up?

It’s an ‘ indoor drive thru ” really .my son used the ” app” to order ahead ( personally do not use apps or self check outs )we arrived and our order wasn’t ready yet ( so said the sign ) so we sat at one if the 3 tables inside and waited about 10 more mins .when done our order was placed in the pickup cubes an staff said nothing to us the entire time and the sign doesnt beed or anything when they are done to notify you, do it sat fir a few before we noticed .. our drinks we ordered also , were not in the bag , that’s self help from cooler near the door which we didn’t know ( or was told about = as I said already no staff spoke to us , so in the car we saw no drinks and went back in . Glad we saw before driving home ….

My new favorite wing place. Placed an order accidentally for the next day and was still provided fresh food by Maria. She was excellent and provided us with our order in no time. Thank you to her we were able to enjoy some late night dinner. ❤️

If I could give zero stars for service I would! I had a bad experience with this store today. I was trying to make an order for my family and I and the app was not working. It was saying online orderering was not available for this store. I called over the phone and the guy was extremely rude. I was letting him know the app was not working and he just said if you order over the phone it is more expensive. I asked why and he said “listen lady I have a lot of orders to put in and it is just two of us”. I said if it is more expensive can you adjust the price since the app is not working.. and he hung up on me.. I have worked in retail and I understand when you are busy but that was very rude to just hang up while I was talking! I will not be ordering again and he should not be answering the phone or working there if he is that miserable!

On July 18th, I purchased a 10-piece boneless wing bundle that was supposed to include carrots and celery. After arriving home, I discovered the vegetable side was missing. I immediately called the store to report the error. The employee who answered was unhelpful, stating that I would need to return to the store to get the missing item and that he was too busy to discuss it. Although the food itself was good, the lack of care for a customer complaint was disappointing and reflects a poor approach in fulfilling orders and providing a positive customer experience.
