Just went to get an order of the crispy spicy dippers from buffalo wild wings to go. I’ve always enjoyed buffalo wild and love their sauces. I’ve been to this place 6-7ish times so far, and 2 of those times they messed up my orders. They messed up my order the first time I ever went there, but they had just recently opened so I just assumed it was because they were super busy, so everytime I went there I just double checked my order. I guess I tricked myself into thinking is was a one off, because this time I asked for the spicy dippers sauced, and I didn’t double check my order cause I’m an idiot.
When I got home 20 minutes later I opened my food and I saw that my order wasn’t sauced at all. I checked my receipt on the bag and it definitely wasn’t my mistake as it says to sauce in garlic Parmesan sauce on the receipt. So I get in my car already upset that I had to drive back to get my tenders sauced up, since I paid extra for it. After I got back and told the staff what happened they just grabbed some garlic Parmesan sauce, placed it in my bag and said sorry.
They didn’t even sauce it up for me or anything, which you’d think they would do since that’s how the food is supposed to come out of the kitchen as said in the menu options. So here I am saucing up and reheating my own wings after taking an extra 25-30 minutes of my time to go back for something they forgot to give me, and still didn’t even really do properly after I told them what happened. I like it more than the Wingstop in Paterson, but at least they never messed up my order despite me having gone there more times that buffalo wild wings.
Love the food, but not gonna lie, it kinda put me in a bad mood after the interaction, and I think this is the first bad review I ever did in my life.

Fries came out great and the chicken for half of the order was ok but fried pickles came out all mangled and one piece of the lemon pepper chicken was a little pink as if it was still raw. Didn’t bother calling for a refund as they didn’t issue a refund last time my order was screwed up on February 13th. Really disappointed this location is usually decent, and everyone is always so nice. It’s a shame it’s been off for the last month.

I’ve seen this place multiple times when I would drive by to go to a friends house and last night i said ima finally try it ♀️ l ordered my food and one of the workers said it will be a 35 minute wait time( ok cool np) i had three orders of 10 piece wings (BBQ, and two blazen hot) for one it took longer than she said and when i got my food and checked it i said these wings are too big and soggy i asked for well done and plus where’s the sauce?! and she told me it would take 20 more mins if i wanted new ones i said just forget it i already waited too long! It was 3 workers one didn’t have on gloves(handling food)and one had on gloves and start scratching his legs and head then went back to handling food! Bad experience and i would not return again

Place an order for pick up and was at the store at the the time it was complete. I love 5 minutes away. By the time I got home and open my food, the fries were loaded with salt and pepper and hard as a rock. It was unbeatable I had to throw them out. I will not be returning to this specific store.

I placed an order yesterday for me and my family for the Super Bowl scheduled my order to be picked up today at 12PM. I specifically requested the sauce to be on the side for all boneless and bone in. The manager up front wasn’t able to prove to me why in there system it only showed on the side for boneless and not bone in. Ultimately I had no choice but to order more because he failed to get the order correct. For me to walk in the establishment and for the manager not being able to get it corrected isn’t ok very dissatisfied.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on Super Bowl Sunday. I understand it’s a busy day, but what happened was completely unacceptable. We waited over two hours for our order, only to receive food that was incorrect and missing items we paid for. There was no clear communication, no sense of urgency, and no accountability. We planned our game night around this meal, and instead we were left scrambling because our order was incomplete. If a restaurant knows it can’t handle the volume of orders, it should stop accepting them not take people’s money and send customers home with missing food after an extremely long wait. Game day is one of the biggest food days of the year, and this location clearly was not prepared. This was frustrating, disappointing, and a huge waste of time and money. We will seriously reconsider ordering from this location again.

If you want to enjoy real buffalo wild wings, better order in real restaurant to go. Unfortunately they don’t deliver, but you definitely will enjoy your order. I got few times from buffalo wild wings GO and every time it was disappointing. Quality is not even close to original restaurant

Wings are always good. They were a little stingy on my Honey BBQ sauce. It’s a “to go” place so it works out if you are just ordering before hand. Wings got made pretty quick on a Monday night football. I don’t know about Sundays though. This definitely hits the spot. Way better than Wingstop.

Wow, I can’t believe this is an order of regular onion wings that cost $6?! It’s too bad because we were excited that this opened in Fair Lawn… highway robbery! Should’ve looked in the bag when I was in the store so I could complain on the spot. Imagine coming home excited to eat and then seeing this…

EVERY time we order online and pick up, the order is ALWAYS WRONG. Management need to look at why they receive wrong orders from the app.
I ordered wings with sauce and wings without sauce. Should have been an easy order, but I got everything without sauce. AGAIN.
