While we enjoyed eating at Buffalo Wild Wings in Brunswick, not sure I will go back. Thumbing through Facebook, I noticed a waiter/waitress make a post about Charlie Kirk being killed by saying and I Quote “another one bites the dust ”. I hope this gets to corporate and the person is fired. I will not knowingly support people like this EVER!

Your Pell City location is in need of staff change. Every time try to call an order in they have to place you on hold seems like they are under staffed and are unable to take orders because they are in the back goofing off. Poor customer service

I performed Carpet Cleaning for their location, April 2024 and I have yet to receive payment from them. After countless calls and emails, they still haven’t sent my payment. This particular location located on Hulen Street in Fort Worth is a health hazard. The carpet has never been cleaned in years and the stench near the bar aromatizes the whole restaurant.
My company performed satisfactory work and spent hours cleaning the gunk from the carpet from years of spills. Vendors beware.

In regards to your West Des Moines, Iowa restaurant, do you people realize how many employees that work in the takeout go outside constantly and then come back in? I sat there today and waited 30 minutes for my food, which was a takeout order that I had ordered an hour and 15 minutes prior to that. I lost count of the number of people that went outside and then came back in. So are they getting high? Are they smoking cigarettes, or are they drinking? I don’t know. Maybe somebody from corporate should do a pop in visit.

I’m disabled and I made Buffalo Wild Wings aware of that by telling them I can’t walk without my forearm crutches and they told me we will bring it to your car. So I left my crutches at home in the garage in order to catch them while they were opened but when I got their I was told to come inside and pay but I informed them that I didn’t have my crutches to walk with but BWW seem a bit upset so I asked a young white male to help me instead and a black guy came outside to assist while the employees just watched but after seeing this they acted as if it was a joke. Buffalo wild wing if you take my money and treat me this do you care about your customers. And it’s impossible to reach corporate because employees won’t give that information out. My food was cold and didn’t receive my drink as well; this was my second time eating their and the first time being treated poorly at zone 2 date 10-24-24 order #20054 time 10:16pm

Store ID 245-Stevens Point Wisconsin. (9/29) Extremely dissatisfied. Waitress was pulled to do other things such as bartend, which meant she wasn’t able to check on our large group . Food was cold, received expired milk, hamburger buns – hard as rocks, chips were tough and burnt- these are just a few examples. When asked to see the manager, she never appeared until we asked for our bills to be adjusted. At which time she appeared in the dining room, but never acknowledged us and when we tried to talk to her, she actually ignored us! To say I was appalled would be an understatement! Such a pity for a manager to represent an establishment, such as Buffalo Wild Wings!

Was at the Chambersburg pa one . Was there to eat. Was so COLD. My wings were not hot . Waitress was very busy. We are there a lot . Done!!!!. Other customers complained it was cold. I thought things were taken care of. This should not be when it is only 20 degrees outside.

Corporate obviously doesn’t care if they don’t have a number to call to report their horrible employees. Im posting video’s of their staff from the muskegon mi restaurant they are probably the worst and I really feel they treated me and my child the way they did because of the color of our skin.

Disappointing that the price of wings has gone up and you no longer have a choice of carrots, celery, dips at no charge. It’s time to start visiting local, non-chain wing restaurants.
