1-23-26 went in after a basketball game, and was easy to get in and a seat for the group. Server was nice and checked on us often. Everyone fully ate their food. Chicken was moist and not dry or over cooked. Seemed just right. Thank you.

BWW is conveniently located just off of I-5 in Hazel Dell. Parking is plentiful in the strip center parking lot surrounding the restaurant.
Walking in, I noticed the large sized eating areas , loaded with TVs surrounding the perimeter of the 2 dining halls.
We seated ourselves in the bar area . A friendly server came over and took our drink and food order quickly. We ordered 30 wings with multiple sauces.
Our drinks were served quickly, and the food order came up in about 20 minutes. The wings were hot and delicious. The drinks were good too.
BWW is a great choice for a fun vibe location with friends or for enjoying wings and a drink solo while watching your favorite games and teams on the huge selection of big screen TVs.
Final take…recommended. Be sure to ask for plenty of napkins.

Went during the afternoon happy hour. There was a female bartender that couldn’t care less about the customers. We sat at the bar and she walked past us several times, noticeably avoiding eye contact before I finally asked for a menu. It wasn’t even busy. She only provided the HH menu so I had to ask for the food menu again. She never came back to take our order. Finally, another bartender arrived, thankfully he was more attentive but he did cough all over his hands and drinks that he poured the rest of the time we were there.
The only food that I actually enjoyed was the onion rings. We ordered traditional wings with a dry- rub seasoning but it looked like the wings were over fried, they were so dry and stale tasting. You can just tell by looking at the photos. They didn’t really toss the wings into the seasoning, more like they just dumped some seasoning on it and called it a day. French fries were stale too.

I don’t know who needs to see this, but you need to visit this store!!! The manager Kelley I think was brought from another location and is making this place look and feel amazing. I used to only do pick up, until today! I will be coming in the store if they keep up the place as to now. Thank you for such a great service Kelley!!!

Overall a pretty average trip we came with our family of 5 and sat in the dining area, there was a large group of 20 seated when we arrived so the atmosphere was very loud (not buffalo wild wings fault obviously). However, we only seen our original server twice. She did say she was the only server and it was busy so I understand it happens but Dallas was the gentleman that ended up taking care of the majority of our needs and had amazing recommendations. We would like to shout out Dallas for doing a fantastic job. Overall the wings seemed a little overcooked but the chicken sandwich another one of my family ordered was quite nice so it could just be the wings. Due to the few employees working The food did take a little more time than expected but Overall a pretty regular trip to Buffalo wild wings. If you have been to one before its pretty much exactly what you think it it and can expect good drinks and average food at a reasonable price.

I’ve generally enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings, but my recent visit to the Hazel Dell location was disappointing due to food quality. The celery that came with my order arrived slimy and clearly spoiled. Freshness is especially important for sides like this, and it was unpleasant enough that I couldn’t eat it.
I hope management takes a closer look at food handling and freshness checks, as this kind of issue takes away from what’s usually a good experience.

My friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night around 10:45 PM because we were hungry, and the experience was awful. Every item we ordered came out cold — burgers, fries, chicken wings (both bone-in and boneless), and even the pretzel. Not slightly warm, but straight-up cold, like it had been sitting out. The service was just as bad, with no urgency and no effort to check on us or fix anything. If this was because it was late, that’s not an excuse — if you’re still serving food, it should be hot and fresh. After reading recent reviews from the past week mentioning stale food and poor service, this clearly seems to be an ongoing issue. Something is seriously wrong at this location, and I won’t be coming back unless things change
