First time ordering at this location. I ordered 2 of the buy one get one wings, the 15 pcs. Since it’s buy one get one, 1 order is 30 pc. I should’ve gotten 60 wings because I ordered 2x. Turns out, I am short not just a couple of wings, but 10 pcs of wings. Whoever did the packing, clearly didn’t count well. They put the sticker 25 (to label 25 pcs) but it’s only 20. You can see from the picture they put 5 pc each for the 4 flavors. I regret not checking because who knew. I have never had this problem with the other location I used to order from. Hey Buffalo Wild Wings Puyallup, you owe me 10 wings. To think I feel bad and gave some tip as well to the guy at the pick up order. Please train the kitchen staff to count right when packing to go orders. Not fair to be missing some food you paid for.

The food was good and cooked just right crispy wings and flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It wasn’t too busy when I went, so the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Also, the beer selection was solid and everything was served nice and cold. Definitely a good spot to unwind and enjoy some wings and drinks.

BWW used to be a good place for wings. But no more. I ordered 10 wings, 5 with a wet sauce and 5 with a dry rub. And I ordered a side order of fries. The order came up very quickly. However the wings were terrible. Possibly the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. All 10 were so overcooked they were dry and tough. They were almost inedible. On the upside, the fries were good. When I put my own order in I ordered 6 wings to take home to my wife. She said they were the same. She wasn’t as hungry as I was so she ate one and threw the rest away.

Service was friendly and prompt. She did everything she could do to make my meal enjoyable. Unfortunately there was nothing she could do.

The restaurant was not busy at all. But the music was so loud I could barely talk and hear my server. I received a phone call and couldn’t hear the caller.

Very disappointing. I won’t be back to Buffalo Wild Wings. And I suggest everyone find a different place for wings.

I have come to this Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Superbowl multiple times over the past decade, but after watching the Seahawks win here in 2026, I’m never coming back to this location, or possibly to this entire franchise, ever again. The food was good, the staff was great. But I’ve been here, as I said, for multiple Superbowls. I KNOW that their sound system is good and it’s loud. The manager even commented that the sound worked fine for the playoff games, and seemed baffled by the fact that the sound was so faint it could barely be heard above the din of the restaurant. And I MIGHT have accepted that explanation if not for the fact that the Trinity Broadcast Network, which was hosting TPUSA’s “alternative” halftime show, was playing on the TVs next to EVERY SINGLE TV playing the superbowl. This did NOT feel like a coincidence AT ALL, and it was NOT cool. The result was that not only could we not hear Bad Bunny’s performance, we also could not hear most of the game, while TBN flashed text on their screen deriding people who actually enjoy one of the most popular artists in the entire world. Idk who at the restaurant made these decisions, but whoever it was sent a clear message: no one who actually WANTED to watch the Bad Bunny halftime show is welcome there. I am very disappointed, and I am not the only person who watched the game there today who won’t ever be coming back. To the person who wanted to make liberals feel unwelcome at this location: Congratulations, you succeeded. Have the day and the life you deserve.

Our Last and Final order at Puyallup BWW was similar to the other recent reviews.
Placed a >$100 delivery order for 4 after a long two days working at a children’s charity event.

Delivered order was wrong, sauces were wrong, food was inadequate (boneless wings ARE NOT POPCORN CHICKEN), staff played dumb and rude and cheap when presented with their error. Did not offer to deliver a replacement, was not going to cover our delivery fees to replace the food from elsewhere.

This store only has gotten two orders of six correct in the last year, they will not receive our business again. There’s a reason that we ordered via delivery, we were exhausted after serving the underserved this week.

It bears repeating: POPCORN CHICKEN IS NOT A STEALTH REPLACEMENT FOR BONELESS WINGS.

I think you get what you pay for here! It is not an upscale restaurant but if you’re looking for a chill spot to watch the game, this is your place. I like that we can bring all the kids and not worry about being loud because the place is already super loud! Food is good. Service was good too!

Watched the Hawks smack the 49’s and this place was wild! We got in and got a seat right away, got served pretty quick got our appetizer quick, and then the rest of our party showed up and the place started filling up and service was still excellent the food just took about from the very start of the Hawks game until about 5 mins or so into the 3rd quarter yo get our meals. But as I said it was literally packed to the doors busy, so considering that and watching how the staff was moving, it wasn’t cause they were slacking off by any means. Overall dope place to watch the 49’s get whooped, or watch any other Hawks game for that matter.

i understand there’s a lot of chaos with the football games and stuff but it’s not professional to tell people you’re not taking orders or tables for the rest of the day. we came in around 7pm and this lady told us to basically leave she said there would be no more tables today, no more online orders and no more orders being placed for food today me and my group obviously left because we didn’t feel welcome and then we called around 9pm and they told us they had open tables and open availability i just think it’s so unprofessional to say that no one will basically be assisting us instead of saying to come back at a different time because they are obviously busy at the moment.

I was never really an avid customer until I was blessed with Dylana and Gavin. These two will forever be the reason I’ve become a regular at this location. The food and drinks are always great, but nothing beats the service these two provide. I’ve never experienced the kind of customer service these two consistently demonstrate every time we visit. 10/10

I would try everything at least once but I really wanted to walk back out immediately upon setting foot in the restaurant! Even though the restaurant was pretty empty, there were multiple parties crowding the entrance waiting to get seated.

Cleanliness of the place was a bit questionable – the floor didn’t seem to have seen the vacuum cleaner for a while and our table was a bit sticky, etc.

As for the food, I expected chicken wings to be good at a chicken wing eatery but it was just so so. What earned the 2 stars was the All-American Cheeseburger. It was the kind of juicy, greasy burger that I craved for. With the addition of some guacamole, the burger was quite good.

Service in general was not great but everyone was friendly.
