It was my first time at any BWW. It’s okay. I got the double cheeseburger it was good. The fries were nothing special. The strawberry lemonade was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent. Our server Alex went above and beyond for our large group of 10 guys. I’ve never seen so many screens in one place.

I like giving positive reviews, but my last few interactions have been tough, and I’ve been receiving too many refunds for no food weeks after I spent the money, and I give up on this company. This hurts because I’ve been going to this chain before for almost a decade, and I can tell the economy isn’t valuing customers and employees in fast food anymore, which means no more love in food.
I placed an order at approx 11:30pm on saturday 1/10 with the offical buffalo wild wings app assuming the restaurant was open until its schedule 12am posting. I was confused when the confirmation stated i would receive my order on 1/11 day at 9:52am. I called the location and was relieved when an employee answered the phone. The In store employee was polite and used hospitality while explaining that the website will accept orders 30 minutes before close, but will push them to the next day (kinda silly). Understanding that I asked if I could cancel because i would have guest over to enjoy the food the next day. Due to using a 3rd party for delivery I wasnt able to have a refund or the order canceled. Accepting this I thanked her for her time, accepted that I would get to give out food I don’t need the next day, and made a plan. The next morning I get a notification at 8am that the order is confirmed and will be delivered at approx 9:32am, so I make calls to cement my plan to distribute the food. At 9:25am I get a notification that they are at the store and no one is there. At 9:45 i get confirmation that the order is canceled. I don’t take these things persoanl, extremely disappointing that corporate food chains can solve and have adaquates synergies with the partners they choose to partner with, as well as procedures that take accountability instead of both partners failing to service the customer

Ordered takeout from the Everett location and it just wasn’t great. The boneless wings were lukewarm and lacked the flavor I expected, they also seem to have just thrown them into the box and couldn’t tell which flavor was which. The fries were soggy and under-seasoned, and the cheese curds were barely warm and lost all their crunch. The order wasn’t ready on time.
Definitely not the quality I was hoping for, especially for the price. Might be better for dine-in, but I won’t be rushing back for takeout.

At one point in time I had an issue where I couldn’t digest meat and I will tell you that the cauliflower wings are absolutely amazing and are heavily underrated. It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings it can get a little wild and Rowdy and loud but they do have their down times and honestly if you’re craving it then it’s it’s worth it I love their sauces I love the way it smells I really enjoy going into the building and watching people get together to actually enjoy different sports as a community. It’s a really cool atmosphere and I’ve always just really enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings all together. I recommend taking the bus though to to parking. Carpooling is also a thing and carpooling with a buddy is always fun.

We were celebrating a birthday in the family and we had 9 people coming to join. We walked past the hostess as we walked in. She then came running in behind us disheveled. Maybe vaping taking a break? Then they wouldn’t seat us until half the group was there and when they got there it appeared they had to talk the server into taking us. I mentioned a birthday and they seemed to not care at all. Thats fine.. the server was rude his name is Alex and was rude to my brother when he didn’t realize that he needed to choose a rub or sauce for the wings. Alex seemed annoyed to have to even be serving us. He would hand food or drinks to others to hand the item to whoever ordered it when he could have walked around the table. I’m sure the sports tv is the only thing keeping that place open. Will not be back!! Gave us the wrong check and took my card…the charge was over a $100 difference and ran it without verifying it with me. The price was insane for what you get the food didn’t even come out hot or at the same time. Even though it’s Everett it can be done better. Good luck-

I really hate to complain but here goes. I ordered for pickup, service was fine, wings were great, I missing carrots and a dipped ng sauce but no big deal. The concerning part is that mushy rotten celery left the kitchen without being caught by anyone. Next time I’ll be thoroughly inspecting my order before taking it home; if there is a next time.

They told my doordash driver they had my entire order, when he arrived 40 boneless wings were missing. I called Buffalo and they acknowledge they forgot to give the rest. I even offered to pick up the rest and they refused. KNOWING the rest of MY order is in the restaurant. Very unprofessional manager and was giving me the regular “Im sorry” “I understand” even though you can tell in his voice he didn’t care one bit. Ive worked for management before in a restaurant and he did everything to make the customer not satisfied nor any effort to resolve it.

I love the traditional wings and will usually get some tots with them. Sometimes I get the fried pickles. Fun atmosphere in the restaurant/bar but tonight I ordered from Grubhub. I got wings, tots, fries which were not good so threw them away and a cob salad which is really good and almost has too much meat and not enough lettuce haha. Oh and I ordered the nachos without peppers but still had peppers. I ate part of it but it wasn’t that great either. I will stick to the wings and tots.

I would not choose this place as my first choice in the list of buffalo wild wings. The service in the beginning was great, she was attentive and very eager to have good service. The waitress had a great attitude until the moment came after she took our order, THEN service went way down Hill like a total 360 we never got water until we asked for it. I got the 6 piece blazin wings just to try it and I was sucking down water fast, it got to the point where I went to the bar myself and got water cause our waitress was no where to be found. My g.f. had to go to the bar for her second drink and the bartender just said I’ll tell you waitress to put it in. Like wait a sec. What!!! Lol. Make the drink, I don’t know we will never come back here until staff changes are made it was a bad experience for sure! For the price we paid and the service we got it was def. Unacceptable.!
