I’m standing at the restaurant right now waiting for my order which is supposed to be ready 16 minutes ago. People waited to be seated were left unattended for at least 15 minutes. There is literally no worker to greet customers. When finally one server came and talk to the folks waiting, they were told they need to wait for another 15 minutes before they can get seated. This is completely absurd as you can see in the pics, there are more than 6 empty tables. I highly encourage all readers to avoid this location.

I ordered 20 Traditional Wings with Mango Habanero™ sauce, regular ranch, and 5 Spicy Chicken Dippers. I paid $60.73 including tip.
When I got home and opened the box, the wings were completely dry and had no Mango Habanero sauce at all (photo attached).
This is very disappointing for the price and quality expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. Please make sure orders are prepared correctly – I didn’t get what I paid for.

Our server was polite but not much of a server… It was challenging for him to understand how to make a red beer… We got there finally
Worst part of today’s visit was the wings… Dry rub lemon pepper… Always a solid choice, ours seemed like plain ol unseasoned bone in wings… Kind of disgusting
We had a wrap thankfully that was 100% better than the wings …

I’m very upset of the management that can’t keep none of the drinks I like in stock and when I asked for another drink I like, they are also out!! Are they that busy that they ran out of drinks that quick or is it a laziness problem of management to order product for the holiday season? You be my guess! But you can visually see the bartender was so overwhelmed with all the orders coming in (massive amount of drink orders by the way) and I didn’t get to get a chance to catch his name but he wore a black hat and skinny jeans but he was pretty but way too apologetic which was really cringey but understandable and our server heather was the only one in the cocktail section which had over 20 tables and you can see she was suffering from everything going on. She looked like she wanted to cry from all the stress! But she was amazing, nice, and very attentive! She was a absolute rockstar!
We came around 8:30pm on 12/21 and didn’t leave until 9:45pm because of the wait.
As a bar manager like myself, I manage a gay bar in downtown Seattle which is way more busier than this but we have more staff to accommodate and this place is just so sorry to be in business!
You have to do better! 1 star for the visit but 5 stars for them.
Oh by the way, they didn’t have fries either and I had to pay a dollar extra for wedges and they were burnt! So mad! What kind of restaurant runs out of fries and sour cream!!!!!

Our first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. We arrived expecting a casual meal, but instead found ourselves stuck in what felt like a never-ending wait. It took nearly 50 minutes just for our initial order of wings to reach the table, which immediately set the tone for the rest of the visit. For a restaurant known primarily for wings, this delay alone was unacceptable.
When the wings finally arrived, it was clear they had been sitting out for quite some time before being brought to us. The sauce had hardened and baked itself into the wings, as if they had been left under a warming lamp for an extended period. They were not hot or fresh in any sense—no steam, no sizzle—just lukewarm, almost room-temperature wings that tasted stale and unappetizing. The lack of warmth and freshness made them difficult to enjoy and gave the impression that our food had been forgotten.
Service throughout the meal was extremely poor and made it very difficult to order anything at all. Our server rarely came by our table, to the point where we felt completely overlooked. We had to get up and look for help multiple times just to order drinks or request basic items. We asked for a side of buffalo sauce because the wings barely had any sauce left on them, but even that simple request was forgotten. By the time the sauce finally arrived, we had already finished eating, making it completely useless.
At one point, we asked another staff member near our table to help us locate our server. That staff member was on her phone and appeared visibly bothered by being interrupted, as if whatever was happening on her phone was more important than assisting customers who needed service. This interaction made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. By the time our server ended up showing up to our table 15 minutes later after asking to locate her, we attempted to take advantage of Buffalo Wild Wings’ $4.99 wing promo by adding chicken tenders to our order, but were told it couldn’t be done because the original order had already been entered. We placed a separate order instead, only to wait an additional 35 minutes for the tenders to arrive.
By the end of the visit, we had spent close to two hours in the restaurant just trying to eat wings. The entire experience felt like a test of patience rather than a dining experience. This was our very first time at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it will absolutely be our last. Between the cold, poorly prepared food and the severely lacking service, this visit was unacceptable. I would rate this location a zero out of five for both food and service, and we will not be returning.

The service was really bad. First of all it took at least 20 minutes before someone came in and took our order after that it took almost 50 minutes for the food to come in and when the food came in, it was missing one entry the burger didn’t have any any cheese because they ran out of Swiss cheese, and the burger was really dry. No sauce on the burgers, the burger the burgers was overly cooked no napkins. The service was really pathetic. The waitress never came and checked on us. We ordered drinks that came in after the food. It was a completely bad experience overall. This is like the second time we’re having very bad experience at Buffalo wild wings never gonna come here again and never going to recommend anyone to come here again.

Try them for the first time and it was a waste of money and time. Walked in no one greeted us. Stood there for a good 10 minutes and finally one of the worker’s looked like a deer looking in headlights starts walkingto the frontbut never did. The worker over in the order online came over and spoke to us and said someone would be with us. The same person looking like a deer in headlights came up to us and mumbled it would be best to sit in the bar because we would get served faster (BS). So we go sit in the bar mind you tables were dirty so we looked at each other and said we would get served faster (BS). We sat and waited and watched others outside the bar get served faster than us. It felt so uncomfortable bcuz it was like even if we were drinking alcohol we they still where were taking their sweet time to get to our table. Like I mentioned b4 it was our first time here so we wanted to try the 19.99 deal they were advertising on television. Ummmm yeah nothing started at 19.99. So that was a red flag and turn off. We finally were able to order so we ordered a appetizer and our food at the same time. It felt like it tasted it looked like they had our food order sitting under the light or oven. Very disappointing how can you have a name with Chicken in and you don’t even know how to make it properly or present it properly. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. ♀️DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. MORE CAN BE SAID COULD BE SAID ABOUT OUR VISIT. ♂️
