I really love wings and love leaving 5-star reviews, but this place was a bit hectic. Both my DoorDash order and my online order took quite a while to be ready. The first time, I thought it was my dasher’s delay, so the next time I decided to come in and order online myself. When I arrived, I told the host I had an online order, and she just seated me in the ‘Wings To Go’ area without asking for my name. There wasn’t anyone at the takeout counter, and I ended up waiting about an hour for my wings to be ready. When I finally got them, they were cold — which was a bummer. 🙁
Even with that, I still have to say the wings were delicious! I got the Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper, and they were both amazing. I understand they get busy, but I think a quick check-in or update for customers waiting would go a long way. It makes such a difference just to know our order might take a little longer. Overall, I still love Wingstop and their flavors — just hoping next time’s experience goes a bit smoother!

I have to admit it was decently busy. Went in and got my order taken, a simple 10pc wing and a fry. Waited a full hour before I asked what was going on and they brought it out 5min later. Wings were decent at best and the fries were hard. For $30 it wasn’t worth it go to wingstop instead.

Food was served as cold as the beer. And the $3 upgrade beer cheese(if you call a teaspoon of cheese sufficient) steak sandwich was inedible. Very disappointing.

We went to dinner tonight and everything was just lovely! The food came out quick and it was all hot and good. The staff were all really attentive and fun. Our waitress was really sweet and made sure my mom felt like her birthday dinner was special. 😀

We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were sitting in the bar for an hour and a half. Half an hour was spent waiting on our food, which came out cold, and a half hour was spent waiting to cash out. We asked the hostess if we could pay with her and she said we could only cash out with our server. I do not blame our server who was having to cover the entire bar area on top of making all alcoholic beverages. The hostesses did their best to jump in and help when they could, but it is wildly unrealistic to schedule 1 person to cover all of that and be expected to meet expectations and provide a good customer experience. We were not the only ones faced with this situation and frustrated that they were not able to cash out. One employee came to the bar and mostly just talked to our server and poured maybe 5 beers to help then just walked away and was never seen again. Our server 100% needed more support, whether from the manager on staff or another server who was capable of putting in orders, checking on guests, refilling drinks and cashing out tables. Again, I do not blame the server since she was wildly overstretched, but the management needs to take ownership and do a much better job supporting their staff and schedule accordingly.

I could have had better quality food and faster experience at the local school lunch cafeteria. The quality of food has gone down so much its sad. Used to be good but wont go back again. Spent $83 for the worst experience iv had at a restaurant in a long time.

Corporate needs to change something about ordering to go orders and eating in house! If I order to go, and want to sit in the restaurant and order a sit down meal and I’m told I can not because she can’t keep her job if I do is absolutely the worst customer service and ridiculous! That is how you get more people in house! That’s how you get tips! This is a ridiculously simple way to get more customers and more money. Lexi is AMAZING with customer service! Thank you girl!
Also, when you do have no one in your restaurant and you act like you’re over stimulated and overwhelmed you as a server need to find another job. You need better customer service! Cheyanne, get a different job, you look and act miserable it’s embarrassing for you. You made my 15 year old uncomfortable with your energy, you should show empathy for children weirdo. Atmosphere was good. Took grandkids to lunch. Not to busy got a table right away. Drinks and food ordered quickly. Waitress disapeared, almost 50 minutes goes by food delivered. I canceled our appetizer as it never showed and we had our food. Another 5 minutes goes by and someone else attempts to deliver appetizer. Sent away second time. No check in to see how food was, finaly they take my credit card for payment, we ask for togo box, got receiept and credit card back, second request for to go box placed. Waitress leaves yet again, never did get a box. Finaly left. Perhaps a off day. Still very dissapointing.

Ordered a total of 30 wings. Drove from white city to Medford to pick them up. When I got back home I realized there was 10 wings missing. Called the store back up and told them what happened all they offered was to give me my other 10 wings and a small handful of fries. So after driving into town again another 30 minutes round trip that is why there getting 1 star. Hopefully you have better customer service next time.
