Buffalo Wild Wings really hit the spot. I started off with the fried pickles, which came out hot and crispy, and a strawberry margarita that was actually way better than I expected from a wing spot. For wings, I tried the salt & vinegar dry rub and the garlic parmesan two totally different flavors but both delicious. The atmosphere had that lively, game-day energy with TVs everywhere, but what really stood out was the service. Our waiter was super friendly and even offered to bring my son an applesauce without us asking, which was a really thoughtful touch. Between the food, the drinks, and the great service, it was an all-around solid experience.

Oh wow, we used to enjoy going here and both food and service was always descent for a chain restaurant…but in the past year, the last couple of visits it’s been off the charts bad. We waited 10+ minutes after being seated to get a visit from our server and after she took our order we waited an hour for our food! Our waitress came over twice checking on us and apologizing for not having gotten served yet and even went to the kitchen to check on our food… The table next to us arrived before us, but was served their food after us. Thankfully we had the last game of the World Series to keep us entertained, and we were hungry otherwise we’d have probably walked out. I get that it was busy, but it’s always been busy…. Our last visit was almost as bad, but nothing like this. Our wings were served cold and the BBQ chicken salad was some serious wilted lettuce, been in the bag way too long. Way under staffed! Our waitress was super sweet, but we felt bad for her because she was running ragged. Such a bummer 🙁

Super loud. Difficult to get waitress or waitor a bunch of teens working all more worried about hanging out than workin. All super nice and friendly though. Food wasnt great again probably more worried about hanging out than quality.

The staff at this Buffalo Wild Wings is great. Every BWW is different but the crew here is what a college town deserves to have. The food was good, and the games we came to see were on the TV. The drinks from the bar took a bit, but I expected that because it was slammed. I was happy they treated me so nicely in such a busy place and held it together. Food was awesome and my group walked out happy and satisfied.

Love bww. Great food always. Just staff made me wait on my booth like 10 min. Before some offered water. then after I got my food. No one came to check up on me. I need it a few things but is OK I guess. If it was busy I understand but it was slow only like 4 or 5 tables occupied. I have to get up to find some to pay.

Usually I have a good time at buffalo, food is good enough with the atmosphere it can bring but my most recent visit was horrible. Sofia is simply the worst waiter I’ve ever had before, she wasn’t there more then half the time we were there. She asked if we wanted to order more food, we get our menus and she disappeared for an hour. Only 1 person was able to order food and she only got 1 refill in a 2 and half hour span. After waiting an hour just to order food we decided to just leave. She wasn’t around to get the check so we asked another waiter. Conveniently when it was her time to get her tip she came back. We checked our receipt and she also over charged us 5$ so after the worst service ever we decided not to tip and she did her job beyond horribly and overcharged us. After we leave she runs out chasing us saying we stole her pen and said if we can’t tip don’t come back. I’m surprised she still has her job with the horrible attitude and accusing people of stealing is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable

Lunch was amazing! We were seated right away, staff was super helpful and attentive, and our food was out super fast! Lots of beer on tap and was great! Smash burger and tacos were a hit with our table. Fries were cooked perfectly and the spicy dipping sauce was great! Highly recommend! Added perk it’s right across from Gateway mall so we had lunch and went shopping.

My Server was Jane. Probably the worst service. I have been served by her more than once now. When I saw she was my server again tonight I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she didn’t speak to me whatsoever. Another waitress had to bring us our food after 30 minutes of waiting, not even busy btw. Point being, if I see her as my waitress again I’m probably walking right out.

Service was amazing. Every, person we encountered treated us with ultimate respect. All the Oregon Ducks memorabilia was absolutely amazing. It was great to See Steve Prefontaine Track picture on the wall. I definitely will return when we come back on vacation.

Went to watch the Oregon game in bar area. Food and drinks were good. The waitress was very RUDE. It was like she didn’t want us there. We left early and went somewhere else. We had always loved BWW. But it has changed. They lost our business we won’t ever go back.
