So I have not ate here in many years however I was craving wings tonight so I decided to order food. I did a bundle deal which was 15/15 boneless wings and traditional with a large fry, I also ordered my son a three piece chicken strip and cheese curds. When I got there the food wasn’t ready right away which is completely fine, they said about ten min so I went outside and waited went back in and was handed my bag of food, went to my car to check the bag to make sure everything was in it and noticed immediately that they had not put in one of the 5 piece boneless boxes there were only two boxes of 5 pieces and one large box with my 15 bone in wings. I went back in and told the waiter he went and grabbed the box and said they just forgot to put it in there. Okay so I left get home open the boxes and this is what we see. One box only had 4 nuggets so missing one and all of the boneless nuggets were extremely tiny, I was shocked. The three piece chicken strips were also very small. We paid $60 for all of this and it was actually very disappointing. The only thing that tasted good and was of good quantity was the fries and cheese curds. On top of this, all of the outside of the small boxes were covered in sauces and sticky, it was a mess. We won’t be returning. The place out south on commercial is much better.

We waited over an hour for our food. Kids grilled chicken meal was less chicken than 2 little Dino nuggets worth of meat, I asked nicely if that was normal ( because I realize she doesn’t make the food) to which she said yes. Had to find our server after an hour and a half to get drinks refilled, (for the first time)… I ordered a honey glaze chicken salad, I asked for balsamic instead of the sauce that it comes with and they still drizzled ranch all over it. At the end of this experience, the hostess was making rounds asking if we needed anything and we asked for our check, she said she would let our server know… about 5 minutes later we noticed the hostess and our server visiting by the hostess stand but trying to be patient we waited. My husband finally walked up and just gave our server our card and asked her to check us out. I am thoroughly surprised at the low level of service and food quality at this place.

I just really want to acknowledge John. He is so sweet and so helpful. I did stand at the take out area for about 15 minutes and when no one came, I called and he came and helped me right away. While a couple servers were standing around talking, he was running around delivering food to tables, answering calls, and taking my order as well. Regardless of how busy he was, he was nice, took my order, and it was out in about 10-15 minutes. I’m giving these 5 stars because of John. Someone give this man a raise. Works so well under pressure. Thanks John!

Wasn’t really too busy on a Sunday, so we waited a bit to be seated. I hunted someone down and they seemed a little annoyed. It didn’t affect us or our lunch, just wanted to get seated. Our server was attentive even with a larger table nearby. Food is always good!

Food was cold and took 40 minutes to deliver. They were busy but must have forgotten about our I top. No apologies given or recognized for waiting for cold food when when we asked for warm fries.

Ive never eaten in the restaurant so I have no comment on that. However last night at 1am when I was done working, I decided I wanted some buffalo wild wings. So I hurried noticing the time. The app said hurry up and place your delivary order, you have 37 mins before you wont be able to choose delivary. So I hurried spending 42$ on just food. It saif my estimated time was 32 mins for delivary. Until I hit order… then the estimated time of arrival was changed from 1:49am to 10:29am…. I was like what, wait…. confused i called and spoke to lane, who I could barely hear because their phone is broken. Lane told me that he had just released my order to the kitchen and that hopefully somebody would pick it up to deliver it. I said, what do you mean Hopefully, he told me he was doubtful that somebody would be assigned to deliver my food. I was like, well, I just spent forty two dollars and i’m starving.I don’t have money or a way to go anyplace else now. You told me you would be working the next night and would remember what had happened. I told them that was not okay because I was hungry now. I never did receive my order

I dont know if they are short handed on staff in Salem but, the food and drinks took forever. The servers themselves were very nice and helpful. Even so, food was cold, by the time it finally got to us. We didnt complain though. Needless to say I wont be going back.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Not busy at all and we waited 10 min just to be seated and another 15 min to get a drink. Then roughly an hour before we walked out without seeing our food. Had to get up and seek an employee because nobody came to check on us. Asked how much longer it would be and they said 10-15min and just walked away. No apologies for the wait, no explanation, nothing. Service is HORRIBLE

Not much of a crowd for a Tuesday night However the service was still horrible. We decided to sit at the bar thinking it was a great idea, but I terribly mistake. Being only 2 out of 3 people at the bar, I had to get my own menu and still wait for the bartender to acknowledge my existence. Fast forward 45 minutes after placing my order, I noticed tables that came in 20 minutes after me receiving their food. Waved at the bartender to check on my nonexistent appetizer and wings; 2 minutes later she bought the cheese sticks out cold. Still no wings, no refill on water, or drinks after an hour of waiting….. extremely disappointed
