Food was okay but could be better. At first, they forgot to bring celery and carrots, but after we asked, they brought them. Nothing really bad to say about this place, but nothing great either. I’ve been to this chain in other cities, and it was definitely better there.

We were seated right away. Surprisingly, it was not that busy for a Friday night. The service was amazing and fast!
This was definitely my best experience here so far! I always love to get the Salt & vinegar fries and Fried Pickles! We also got the Salt & Vinegar and Caribbean Jerk wings. This month they’re doing a “Month of Free” so check out the rewards app!

Buffalo Wild Wings deserves credit for honoring Veterans on Veteran’s Day. They don’t have to do it, but they do it and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their gesture. However, as grateful as I am, I soon realized after stepping through those doors that I was to be punished for showing up.

Our server, Almyra, ghosted the table like a bad tinder date. It took 30 minutes for her to even appear. No napkins. No refills. No apology. Just vanishing acts with sporadic appearances at other tables as if acknowledging us might end her career.

The food service was pure chaos, but disguised as hospitality. My kids’ meals arrived first; they finished and sat bored while my wife waited for hers. She eventually finished eating a full half hour before my plate even appeared. It took over ninety minutes for a basket of chicken and fries. I mean that literally and not figuratively. We sat at 6:00 PM and I took the picture of my family’s empty plates and my empty space at 7:31PM. I watched entire families arrive, order, eat, pay, and leave while I sat at a barren table like I was an unpaid extra in someone else’s movie scene.

At some point, I don’t know exactly when, my hunger disappeared and an intense headache set in.

When my meal finally arrived, after reminding Almyra that we head a fourth meal, it looked and tasted like a threat. The fries were room temperature and soggy, the boneless wings had the texture of multiple reheats, and the entire plate sadly sat in front of me, as if begging to be put out of its misery “I’ve been reheated four times, just finish me off already.”

But the headache won. Trying to chew these balls of embarrassment was overbearing for me. I managed to eat three, I think. I could not chew these rubbery bastions of reheat.

By that point, I felt insulted. I had a growing sense that this wasn’t a restaurant at all, but an endurance test to see how long paying customers could tolerate indifference.

Almyra, you dropped the ball and then you buried it. Then you dug it up and reheated it before you dropped it again. The absence of basic communication is your legacy tonight. And management, if this review finds you, read it twice. Because this wasn’t a bad night, but a systemic collapse of standards that reflects YOU.

I don’t know if Almyra had some stuff going on, but you, management, need to give her the time she needs to situate herself.

I left a tip out of habit, not respect. Respect is earned. You’ve lost mine.This place needs repentance, not retraining.

I ordered a great lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings of Mozzarella Sticks and a Blue Hawaiian Cocktail. Table service was great and the atmosphere was brilliant with a multitude of sports on the various TV Screens.

On Sunday February 8, at 1:17 p.m., I made my order with BWW through Door Dash. It was a rainy and very windy day and decided to ride my bike over to pickup the order. I figure deliver would take forever. Wrong! After getting there and waiting and waiting…I asked the hostess (several times) about my order. I was told: “It’s Superbowl Sunday. Please be patient. There’s like a million people here.” Those were her LITERAL WORDS to me. I had to wait OUTSIDE in the windy, chilly rain for my order. When TWO HOURS went by and still no food – I was furious. I asked them again about my order to only be asked to be patient. I called Door dash and they literally had to call the restaurant and speak to the unprofessional Manager. They told Doordash that my order couldn’t “be found.” After TWO HOURS this was unacceptable business practice. If they couldn’t find my order then why was I previously told to please “be patient” due to the high volume of patrons due to Superbowl? Instead of verifying anything, I was led to believe my order was being worked on. I even received notices from Doordash saying my order was ready. So something is wrong and fraudulent that BOTH parties (BWW and Doordash) gave the impression my order was being processed. This is unacceptable as I could have gotten ill by sitting in the rain! Not only that but I left with no food despite my card being charged. That location at Ala Moana is HORRIBLE! Always making some kind of mistake but this one was the worst! When you take people’s money, but the lie to them by convincing them to STAY and SIT IN THE RAIN (because there was no other space) is highway robbery, dishonest and unprofessional!!!! Bad for business! I deserve a credit! You deserve your karma!

Read This Before You Enter / I visited this place because I was extremely hungry and noticed many people enjoying plates with fries and wings. I asked the waiter for a recommendation between wings or a burger, and she suggested the wings. I assumed the 11-2 pm lunch offer, which includes fries, would apply, but I was later informed that this deal is not available on weekends.

Initially, I received just 10 wings with no sides. When I asked if that was all, the waiter apologized and brought the same wings with BBQ sauce. I specifically asked if the BBQ sauce contained soy, and she double-checked, assuring me it did not. I truly hope that’s accurate, as I have dietary restrictions.

When it came time to pay, I was handed an invoice for $40, which included items I never ordered. If I hadn’t been careful, I would have paid for things I didn’t receive. This kind of mistake is not normal for a restaurant like this. Eventually, the correct invoice of $20 was provided, and I paid. The waiter asked if I wanted change, and I declined.

Despite spending nearly an hour there, I left still feeling hungry. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the high standards I’m used to, having worked in the food and beverage department on the Silver Sea High Luxury cruise line.

I urge the supervisors to take this review seriously and provide better training for the staff. Attention to detail, accuracy in orders, and clear communication about deals are essential for a positive dining experience.

Spent 60 bucks and got 4 appetizers. They just forgot a 15 dollar appetizer and called it a day. Charged me full price. Like there is an entire box that is not full. Not cool.
