We went here 2/15/2026 and it was amazing. We put our order in before our appetizer order so all of our food pretty much came out at the same time which was ok. That was our fault but BABYYYYY THAT BEER CHEESE CHEESESTEAKKK!! When I tell you it has been YEARS since I’ve had a cheesesteak that tasted that good. I can’t wait to go back to get it again 10/10 recommend. The atmosphere was lively. There were plenty of tvs with everything from basketball to monster truck events on. And our waitress Alaysia was simply amazing. She checked on us enough but was overwhelming and was very kind and helpful. 10/10 for her as well. I ahd already ate half of the cheesesteak before I remembered i should take a pic but here ya go anyways lol

Hands down the best BWW so far! I’ve been to Ewa & Alamoana one but this one tops it! Huge space! Great for friends, solo dates, family! They have good deals! I got the chips and dip! And the combo for $18.99 totally worth it! You can choose any 4, the type of wings omg the onion rings were so crispy and delicious! I definitely love this location and I went around 1130am! Lots of parking! Service was fast and waitress was friendly! You can ask for a to-go box if you don’t finish it! And soda is about $4.75 so I recommend drinking water lol other than that 5 stars all around!!

Service was very subpar. There was nobody to greet you at the door and I stood there with my family for about four minutes before a hostess began walking up. Simultaneously, two guys walked in and the hostess nodded at them and said “ usual place?” and ignored me and my family as we were standing there at the hostess stand. When our waitress finally came to our table, I ordered our drinks, appetizer, and food all at the same time because of the reputation of slow food service here. The appetizer and beer never came before the food was delivered, which was a pretty long wait in itself. I had to ask the waitress for my beer and told her to cancel the appetizer. We got here at 11:15 on Saturday, which is a pretty slow time.

I came to watch some football ,my game was on a waiter in a Cowboy hat & jersey totally ignored me. I moved to a better viewing section & ordered 6 wings for an alarming $15 bucks. ( $6-8 before Covid) The wings were HARD to chew but the mango habanero sauce was flavorful. Next I ordered the choc cookie in a skillet with vanilla ice cream that didn’t look like the menu version. It was half the size of what it once was & whip cream was missing. To add insult to injury my NFL team got embarrassed by the L.A Rams. The ONLY bright moment was when the lead wait staff or night shift supervisor introduced herself & chopped it up a bit about the state of the food business & BWW ranking #17 out of 30 WORSE eateries to avoid. Everything on the menu is over priced in comparison to the mainland but it is to be expected in Hawaii

Always enjoy Wild Wings. Convenient, always a table or booth available. Wife and I usually get the Cheeseburger which we cut in half to share and choice of wings, bread and soft drinks or lemonade. Very reasonable around $20. Servers are prompt and attentive.

Went to BWW for UFC 317 and it was my first time catching a UFC event there. Because of how many people come out for the fights, they set up the seating stadium style, so you might end up sharing a table with people you don’t know. Best advice is if you have a big group, show up early during the prelims to lock down good seats.
I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and had a few High Noons. The food was decent, nothing too crazy, but honestly I was there more for the fights and drinks. Our server was nice and did her best with how busy it got.
Overall I would definitely come back for a fight night. The atmosphere was electric.

Service: Father’s Day weekend, did not have a receptionist to greet people and ask how many in their party.
Food: order large fries and they brought the serving size of the regular order of fries. Fries were cold and dryer

Service was the worst out of more than 30 Buffalo Wild Wings, I’ve experienced through out the nation!! I didn’t care to eat or drink anymore…waiter expressed that he didn’t even know how long we’ve been seated.. the nacho’s were super stale when the came out. My wife continuously had to ask for items “fork”, water. We finished our drinks (beer) out of all the 6 servers, no one was in sight for a good 10 minutes. Service was awful..

I decided to stop in before my flight back to Virginia. I am a huge BWW Fan, and this one did not disappoint. The bartender and waitress, Darcy, was super attentive, friendly, and very attractive. I enjoyed my time at the bar, having a strawberry margarita and dark beer with wings and tots. Granted, it did take the food a bit to come out, and the place was not crowded, but what’s the rush? This is hang loose land, and why not just relax? The food and drinks were delicious. Thanks Darcy for the wonderful customer service. v/r, Dr. K.King

Bww was always my go to place on the mainland, but the wings here are expensive for the quality of price and food. It always seems they rip me off everytime I come here. This time I had it. I ordered my food to go and the app and phone service were not working. So I ordered in person. When I got my food to go and looked at the garden salad I had ordered I had to throw it all away. The lettuce was soggy not even fresh looking. Y’all need to train your kitchen staff better on how food is presented
